My flight was delated and I checked in at nearly 3am and very tired. I was able to check in very quickly and get into my room to get to bed. Breakfast was good/decent and the location was very good to what I was needing. I was also able to get 45 minute late check out which we needed to rest up. The gym is small, but it has a bike and a treadmill and some weights and is pretty serviceable.

The cleaning lady knocked on my door 3 times before 11am. It was a busy weekend, so I guess I understand, but housekeeping shouldn't knock before 9am.

The young lady at the front desk, Rana(?), was very personable and full of information that we required!! A beautiful encounter, and rare nowadays at most front desks. Great breakfast, perfect location, and very little traffic since this hotel sits a good distance back from the Highway. It's located in and near an industrial park...no traffic on weekends!!!! We would return...

Our only issue was a LARGE dog in a room across the hall barking at every person passing his door. Really?? Please think of others when you travel.

The hotel was great!! Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. I want to also give a HUGE shout out to the staff and especially to Mrs. Daniels and Marisol. They were both so helpful and kind. They helped us with suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area besides, what we already planned. So if your visiting Grand Prarie, stay at the Comfort Suites Grand Prarie. you won't be disappointed....Thank you all so much!

There was nothing we didn't like

Breakfast was good and the ladies were quick to refill the food. "Loved the Texas shaped Waffles!!!" The check-in staff were nice and friendly! We found them to be pleasant and accommodating. Housekeeping staff were super helpful, they were responsive and willing to assist with any requests or needs regarding our room or amenities. Overall, we had a positive experience with the hotel's breakfast offerings, check-in process, and housekeeping service, highlighting elements such as promptness, friendliness, and helpfulness among the staff.

Comfort Suites was exceptional!!! The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Ms. Danielle made you feel like she was part of your family. Her overall attitude is what great customer service is all about dealing with those type of establishments. I'm already looking forward to another trip just for the stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! #COMFORTSUITESFORTHEWIN#💪🏾

Wouldn't change anything!!!

The breakfast was pretty standard, exactly what I expected it to be. they had a Texas shaped waffle maker, that was really cute, and the waffle mix was actually pretty good! The area was kept clean and maintained by staff.

It's hard to say what I didn't like as it was exactly as I expected it to be based on the reviews! I would definitely stay here again. The area was quiet, and I was not too worried about security. I did not use the pool area so I cannot comment on it but it looked clean and well maintained.

I liked how quiet the area was. The building itself was nicely built, I couldn’t hear people coming up or down or even walk by the door. There was also lots of parking, some with shade.

I didn’t like how the pool was located outside in front of the building. How you had to get out the hotel to enter through the gate. It felt invasive in a way.

Everything the staff was very friendly and helpful property was very clean and the breakfast was great I especially like the Texas state shaped waffles nice little touch i only was in town for 2 nights for the mike tyson vs jake paul fight but even in the short period of time I was there the staff made me feel welcomed all and in all it was a great stay

Nothing i can't complain about anything

The general manager Ms Betty was very helpful, kind, and available to answer questions. The hotel was very clean inside and outside, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were lots of places to eat within 5 min driving distance. Highly recommend.

The staff was exceptional! The general manager was very kind and attentive. We liked all the front desk personnel but our favorite was Alexandria. She was so sweet to my granddaughter. The cleaning staff was also very good and attentive!

Not really anything! It would have been nice if the pool would have been heated but we were still able to swim one of the hotter days of our 6 day stay.
