Good location, on the way from San Antonio to Houston, near shopping mall. Good regular hotel, not special but clean and quiet. Service was good. They didn't find my reservation through booking.com but gave me a room anyway at the same price. Afterwards however I got a cancellation message from booking.com claiming that I may have to pay cancellation fees. Fortunately the hotel manager managed to avoid that. Unpleasant but no harm done.

Breakfast is very limited with lot's of single use plates etc. As usual in US hotels when included in the price. Denny's at walking distance is much better.

The breakfast was good, maybe some grits should be added. rooms and hotel clean.

Didn't receive any information on location or if pool was open. I had to check out at 4am to make my flight. Was not given a receipt by young lady at desk. She said she would email it; I still have not received it. Worried about final charge. It would be nice to have a muffin and coffee for guest who need to check out before breakfast starts. At least one free bottle of water per guest should be offered per day. I was expecting a kitchen when I selected my room to save on food pricing but was given room without kitchen. This added to my budget.

Breakfast good, and didn't look old at all from the inside. My room was hella good, as I haven't been in a bed for...months. So when I got in theirs, it was different. (body takes time for things, ya know.) But either way, I fell asleep and woke without any problems.

Three roach guests showed themselves...ugh. Now listen, i'm not saying they have roaches so stay away. I'm saying an adult roach....they're hard to kill. But 2 baby bugs (i think they were roaches....or pests anyways) i had to destroy is a sign that there's a bit of a bug problem. As you know, roaches are practically unstoppable. But seeing more than one means got a problem behind the walls that needs fixing. Other than that...i can't think of anything else.

Location, pleasant employees, very comfortable beds & pillows, refrigerator with freezer in room, a good desk chair & a great upholstered chair/stool.

1. Some confusion re our reservations: We reserved & paid in advance for 1 room with 2 queen beds, for 2 nights. But we were first assigned a king bed room. The front desk corrected to 2 queen beds and changed our room assignment immediately while we were still at front desk checking in, but then the next day cancelled our key functions and set “no services”. ?? So we kept getting our keys reset in order to access our room. Evidently problem caused by someone &/or computer kept thinking we were in the King bed room. 2. A photo had shown a raised surface furniture piece between tv/chest of drawers furniture and the desk. Not in our room. Would have really liked to have had that for suitcases placement.

great location to the waterpark. I was able to check-in early with a nice lady.

I couldn't figure out the wifi passcode and I had to call downstairs to get it and the staff was not patiently telling me the code. First time he told me it was on the room card, I didn't see it second and third time i call he said it so fast and rushed me off the phone. When I went downstairs he was not by the desk so I waited 2 minutes then he came out and gave the code. If he would have been patient and sound it out phonetically I wouldn't have needed to go downstairs.

The room was very spacious and clean. The locations was fantastic as it’s close to mall and other activities (water park). The offer hot breakfast with variety of options. Great stay and experience.

The only negative we had was the pull out sofa bed needs to be updated as it was very uncomfortable for my daughter. The mattress was very thin. Our room also didn’t come with kitchen utensils but staff was great getting us some quickly. Overall great stay.

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room clean & comfortable. Location is close to many stores ,restaurants & Katy Mills Mall.

The Holtel is so good that it was pretty full, so parking was limited. But it is still a great place to kick back & relax. .

The staff was amazing on all shifts, they didn't bother us. Young girl on night shift went way above and beyond to help me with all my needs- towels, room key, etc

Fantastic location with frontdesk staff friendly, helpful, professional! Particular shout out to Milan who is a great ambassador for this hotel!

Housekeeping service during this visit was not as good as on previous visits. Upon moving into room and setting up my CPAP machine, I found a black bra from a previous person, and the floor did not seem to have been vacuumed.

Location was easy to find and convenient for nearby restaurants and mall. The breakfast was good, however would have liked a little more choices in hot food. The lady looking after the breakfast was hard working and very nice - she made sure tables were cleaned and provided supplies of food in good time.
