This property has very little cons! The lobby includes a bar and restaurant with food options (ask the receptionist). The rooms, decor, hallways and furniture are still very new. I’m not sure when this hotel was built, but it’s still very new. The photos of the rooms are exact and very clean. The facilities (gym and pool) are pretty neat). For context, we are from the Midwest so my next comment was just a different space for me. The housekeepers are majority Hispanic women, who only speak Spanish (very nice). So, I had to be sure to point or just call downstairs if we needed anything extra (heads-up). Highlight: there is a cafe across the parking lot with some great coffee, tea, milkshakes and little breakfast sandwiches. Lastly, the rooms do have a microwave and mini-fridge.

The parking lot is shared with some restaurants and a townhouse complex, so certain nights will probably leave you parking a bit further. However, this area didn’t make me feel “unsafe” as a woman. Aside from the properties control, I think it is cricket season (early Fall) and with the grassy area, they would be all over the parking lot at night. But that isn’t in the hotels control.

I liked the interior design of the room. Beds were very comfortable and staff was nice. We needed to stay an extra night and it’s wasn’t no hassle to just add another night. Hotel is near some food places which was great. I forgot the name of the shrimp they serve at the hotel but it was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the couch did have a stain on it. There was some left over ashes from someone smoking in the room near the vanity on the floor and on the walls near the couch it looked like there was water damage.

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly as well. The comfortable bed was the best part for me.

The breakfast was 12.99 on the weekday and 14.99 on the weekend with 3.00 for coffee which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. That breakfast should be free. There was nothing special about it to charge…all that for liquid eggs? I don’t think so. One morning that’s all we wanted was coffee and the tall lady tried to charge us. That’s terrible. I have never paid for coffee at a hotel and I feel this should change.

One of the ladies, Stacey went out of her way. The cart for luggage was covered with dirt and hair. I asked the girl at the front desk if someone could wipe it down for me. The front desk girl tried , but Stacey was standing there. She took it on herself. She searched until she found a lint roller and cleaned the cart . Also the beds are so comfortable. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

I wish the pool was heated. I usually swim everyday, but your pool is located inside and not heated at all.

I liked that the staff was welcoming, the hotel was decorated really nice, the indoor pool, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day of our stay. I really didn’t like that the tub didn’t drain while taking a shower, the hotel does not supply bags for the garbage cans in the room ( that was a little annoying) and also you could hear the upstairs guess walking and dropping things on the floor. Overall, it was still a good experience!

The beds were great and super soft. Hotel was very clean. We spent time at the pool and it was wonderful. Usually it’s muggy with indoor pools but it wasn’t like that. Property was well maintained. We did stay for a basketball tournament at PSA Murphy and it was around 4 miles which was great.

The location wasn’t too great. Not many things near to eat. We also had to wait a while for a room to be cleaned upon arrival around 245pm.

Conveniently located, with a few places to eat without having to drive. Big room, big bathroom. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Can buy snacks and drinks downstairs.

The walls are thin, we could hear people talking outside. I get we booked third-party so those get rooms by elevators and ice machine. But the ice machine is so unnecessarily loud it kept waking us up. Lights on the bed were out and outlet didn’t work. No door on the shower, so we kept having to click the heat on in order to not be freezing after getting out the shower.

I like the location of the hotel. I like that it has an indoor pool. The price and quality of breakfast is excellent.

The dinner menu was more like pub food. The heated pool could have been another 5 or more degrees warmer. If you like black tea in your room, forget it. They only supply you with green tea Keurig pods.

From walking in and seeing the scenery it was amazing. Next, I had to Definity see the gym for myself and I must say it may be small, but it fits what I needed. Finally, I believe it was a worker named Makalia that works A.M. shift, and she was amazing, really helpful and encouraging too. Thank You Cambria i will be back soon!!

Everything was up to part!

I like there is a 24 hour front desk staff available I like the indoor pool I like the location near George Bush and city line in Richardson. I like that you can walk coffee, shops and restaurants from there and it is near Whole Foods CVS and lots of other great little stores and shops, I like the layout of the rooms it is different than most hotels and they’re spacious with plenty of room to spread out and stay a while as well as let kids play. I like their lobby in the open floor plan with the bar and restaurant right there when you walk in

I felt that the property was pretty, and for the most part well taken care of, however, some of the rooms need some TLC, and the cleaning staff I think could be a lot more effective if they would implement and give each cleaner their own electrostatic sprayer to clean every hotel room with every time they provide their cleaning services. I did not like that there was carpet in the hallways because I hate carpet makes me itchy. It gets gross there. Carpet doesn’t look bad but still I just hate carpet. I’m just kind of a clean freak and like hard floors everywhere. But the place overall it’s not dirty per se. It just needs some TLC in a few spots and maybe some new and more effective cleaning tools and techniques implemented.
