I can confirm the positive reviews about this hotel. The Best Western Plus was a fantastic place to stay. Upon entering, we noticed the lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. The hallways were clean and also quiet. Our king room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed that ensured we slept well after a long day of traveling. The room was equipped with everything we needed: a Holy Bible, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, iron, ironing board, four large towels, three small towels, three hand towels, make-up remover wipes, a shower cap, citrus lotion, and ample closet space. The shower featured Phamacopia natural and organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note, if you turn off the main light switch, your devices won't charge overnight—I learned that the hard way. (Whoops!) Breakfast was excellent! They offered yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, cereal, fresh fruits, hot eggs, hash browns, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, bread, muffins, salsa, cheese, various condiments, and the option to make a hot waffle. The hotel's location, close to the highway, was one of the reasons I selected it. There was plenty of parking, and I was able to park right outside my room. Next door, there was a Denny’s, which was convenient for a light dinner. Within walking distance, there were also a gas station, Arby’s, Wendy’s, KFC, and several other dining options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! When you think of the Best Western, you think of a mid hotel that you're just going to stay at, get up, and go. This was so much more. The employees were enthusiastic, polite, and wonderful to talk to. The Atrium gave it a vibe of a more upscale hotel. The beds were plush.

The room I stayed in didn't have good water pressure and the shower head didn't move very well, but that's okay.

The room smelled really nice., and had a great layout. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is excellent and the best buffet breakfast options I have seen at hotels like these. Late checkout wasn't a problem. It's a small hotel with rooms surrounding an atrium with a pool, hot tub, and seating area.

The plants in the atrium need care and attention. The venting system for the atrium needs an update. For example, there are two screen doors leading outside that need to be secured.

The hotel is beautiful. The Atrium is so pretty. The foyer coffee machine was amazing!! Breakfast was great. There were little touches that made everything just that much more wonderful. The pillows were super, not those tiny ones that hotels seem to prefer lately. The location was good, next door to a great Denny's. We will be back but with swim clothes! Didn't know about the indoor pool and attached hot tub.

Everything was available all you had to do ask the front desk and they took care of you.

The Hot breakfast is what we look for when deciding where to stay. BW has à good selection of breakfast items to choose from. Plus, the Beds are comfy. I also like the balcony from my room that overlooked the swimming pool in the Atrium. I will return to this location without a doubt.

The location isn't great because it's next to an intersection. Although, they do have a back Rd that will also lead you to the frontage Rd..

A nice room with great beds. All the fixtures are in great shape. Service cleaned up after us daily (never thought I'd see that again!) A/C worked well and wasn't too close to the beds so you could decide to freeze or broil. Front desk staff very professional.

Breakfast included, but nothing beyond fruit for this boy. Steamer tray eggs, sausage, potatoes and what not - oh year, waffles. I'm still trying to figure out why the Schertz area is so expensive but it sure is.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. We stayed for a basketball tournament and were very comfortable for the weekend. Its not super spacious or luxurious but definitely clean and just what we needed.

My Daughters car broke down in San Antonio on the way home from Corpus Christi and we had to rescue her. It was late so we decided to spend the night. The hotel was close to her car. It was clean, and nice. Bed was to hard for me but my husband and daughter had no trouble sleeping. It was a full breakfast next morning. It was convenient, clean and comfortable just what we needed at the last minuet.

This hotel was a good value for the money. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows.

The pool area is small and a little outdated but I understand that’s not easy to fix. Hot tub had dead bugs floating in it.
