The breakfast was very good everything seemed to be fresh and tasted good. The room was clean and smelled fresh.

I wish they had a pool at the location. Also over the past few weeks I have stayed at two Tru hotels and I do not like the soap, shampoo and body wash provided in the rooms. The body wash and shampoo doesn’t sud up compared to the other hotels products I have used during this trip. At first I thought it was maybe the one location but the second location was the same.

The front staff was very friendly and professional. There was plenty of space in the lobby to congregate or hang out or have breakfast. The Lavazza coffee was a nice touch. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station and ice by the elevators.

The bed linens were very strange.It looked like there was a mattress pad on top of the top sheet under the plastic weird bed cover. If you're only going to do housekeeping every other day, another set of towels would be appreciated. The breakfast was very simple... a bowl of apples, toast and bagels, cereal and some sort of pancake maker, and hard boiled eggs.

The lobby was modern and cool and the breakfast was really great with a lot of options! It also quite possibly could have been the most comfortable bed and sheets I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

The rooms were a bit small but that is how they are designed as the attendant shared… they are Meant to have a European feel with expansive common areas and small rooms.

The facility was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is a pet friendly hotel, which accommodated our needs traveling with a small dog and cat. The location was perfect. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant, which just around the corner. We will definitely utilize true by Hilton in our future travels.

Everything met and or exceeded our expectations.

*Breakfast was good! *Lobby was comfortable. *Good Variety of sitting in dining and in lobby. *Pool table in lobby was a plus *had a very good assortment of food & drink items.

*There was no pool. *They only had 1 icemaker and it was down stairs. * no microwave in the room. * room was pretty small. * floors were dirty.

I really liked the arrangement and decor of the lobby/breakfast/ lounge area. The extras like the hydration station and hot tea available anytime were great. We also felt that our dog was welcome. The day before check-in, we made a request of the staff to see if we could park our travel trailer in the parking lot. The question was answered promptly in the affirmative. Thanks!

Rooms were efficient, but a little cramped.

It was sufficient for an over night stay. If we were staying for several days we probably wouldn’t stay there as it was a small room with not much place to sit. But it was good for us this time.

All four pillows in the room were very soft and squishy. We didn’t care for that. Usually on a king bed there are two firm and two soft so you can get what you like. It took a long time to go to sleep using two pillows as two together still felt like you were laying flat with no pillow. I suggest swapping two of them for firmer pillows.

The room was nice and spacious with a great bathroom/shower

It cost and extra $75 to have my bird with us in the room in his cage, when the room only cost $120 to begin with. The lady at the front desk said they aren’t even allowed to have birds stay there? Why not call and tell me then considering it was noted in the special request.

Clean, convenient location & modern

We were awakened around 1:00 am to someone unlocking our door! Luckily we had the extra door catch engaged and my husband yelled hey! Immediately they left and the phone starting ringing. It was the front desk associate apologizing for giving a new guest our room. Talk about panicked and took a while to wind back down and go to sleep. We just knew someone would address us in the morning when we checked out but no, Not a word....

The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was wonderful-- comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and fluffy pillows. The hard surface flooring was perfect for us since we were traveling with a dog and cat. We were in a handicapped accessible room which had lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair. There were also hooks on the wall that were accessible. The hotel was just 5 minutes off the exit but it was very quiet. And Domino's delivers!

The handicapped accessible room was on the third floor which is no problem when the elevators are working. But I noticed that there were no rescue sleds in the stairwells. So in the event of an emergency like a fire, a person who uses a wheelchair would not have a way down the stairs to evacuate.
