The front staff was very friendly and professional. There was plenty of space in the lobby to congregate or hang out or have breakfast. The Lavazza coffee was a nice touch. I also appreciated the water bottle filling station and ice by the elevators.

The bed linens were very strange.It looked like there was a mattress pad on top of the top sheet under the plastic weird bed cover. If you're only going to do housekeeping every other day, another set of towels would be appreciated. The breakfast was very simple... a bowl of apples, toast and bagels, cereal and some sort of pancake maker, and hard boiled eggs.

It was sufficient for an over night stay. If we were staying for several days we probably wouldn’t stay there as it was a small room with not much place to sit. But it was good for us this time.

All four pillows in the room were very soft and squishy. We didn’t care for that. Usually on a king bed there are two firm and two soft so you can get what you like. It took a long time to go to sleep using two pillows as two together still felt like you were laying flat with no pillow. I suggest swapping two of them for firmer pillows.

I really liked the arrangement and decor of the lobby/breakfast/ lounge area. The extras like the hydration station and hot tea available anytime were great. We also felt that our dog was welcome. The day before check-in, we made a request of the staff to see if we could park our travel trailer in the parking lot. The question was answered promptly in the affirmative. Thanks!

Rooms were efficient, but a little cramped.

The room was nice and spacious with a great bathroom/shower

It cost and extra $75 to have my bird with us in the room in his cage, when the room only cost $120 to begin with. The lady at the front desk said they aren’t even allowed to have birds stay there? Why not call and tell me then considering it was noted in the special request.

Clean, convenient location & modern

We were awakened around 1:00 am to someone unlocking our door! Luckily we had the extra door catch engaged and my husband yelled hey! Immediately they left and the phone starting ringing. It was the front desk associate apologizing for giving a new guest our room. Talk about panicked and took a while to wind back down and go to sleep. We just knew someone would address us in the morning when we checked out but no, Not a word....

The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was wonderful-- comfortable mattress, soft sheets, and fluffy pillows. The hard surface flooring was perfect for us since we were traveling with a dog and cat. We were in a handicapped accessible room which had lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair. There were also hooks on the wall that were accessible. The hotel was just 5 minutes off the exit but it was very quiet. And Domino's delivers!

The handicapped accessible room was on the third floor which is no problem when the elevators are working. But I noticed that there were no rescue sleds in the stairwells. So in the event of an emergency like a fire, a person who uses a wheelchair would not have a way down the stairs to evacuate.

The location was great. It's near my parents' house and a Starbucks. The lobby was cool and modern. My dogs were welcomed.

There was a hidden pet fee of $75. The comforter was not thick enough. Too many people close by. Occupants should be spread out more.

Reasonably close to food. traffic signals to enter main roadway. these TRU designs are more hip in design and outfitting, a change from our comfortable traditions at home. More of a dormitory style. I really like the lemon sugar bath soaps. breakfast bar was good.

Marginal lighting, very bright over the beds but average near chairs. Bed lighting, controlled from nightstand, was NOT conducive to reading in bed while partner slept.

The facilities were clean, and I enjoyed having a 24/7 coffee and tea setup. I also like the interior setup with the large hooks for coats and jackets. It makes it easy to scan the space and ensure you leave nothing behind.

Can't think of anything

The price was good, and I enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had plenty of places to sit and get work done. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The temperature was easily adjustable. The workout room looked nice although I ended up not having time to use it. The staff was super nice.

The room was tiny and just... Not cozy. I can't put my finger on it, but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.
