Fantastic location right next to tons of dining, beautiful parks, and an easy trip to the city. It's in a very safe area, which was my number one concern when visiting Seattle and being unfamiliar with the area. Absolutely get the breakfast, as they made omelets to order, had eggs, bacon, sausage, tons of fresh fruit, french toast, and baked goods available. Rooms were clean, there was a Starbucks in the hotel, and a bar area with very friendly bartenders. There is a beautiful park (Bellevue Downtown Park) very close to the hotel with gorgeous fountains, great walking paths, and an amazing view of the city in the distance.

A very minor complaint and not really the fault of the hotel, but we had requested rooms next to each other and were told they could honor this request when we booked the hotel several weeks prior to the stay, however my family ended up on different floors at almost opposite ends of the hotel. Thankfully, after the first night of our stay and after more rooms became available, they were able to move one of our rooms to the same floor and much closer to each other, which was very helpful.

The room was comfortable and very clean and the general facilities were nice. I didn't end up using the food options in the lobby, but the little shop was super useful when I needed to grab something on my way out the door. Would happily return to this hotel.

Honestly, no complaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very kind. Helped me with my parking questions and issues. Offered water and late checkout which worked out perfectly since I was dealing with my parking dilemma so early in the am.

I was questioned about my complimentary breakfast. It was kinda embarrassing since it came with my stay package. The staff was still kind about it though.

My 14 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our overnight stay here. We like to do this a couple times a year and the Courtyard was new to us. The location is excellent!! Public transportation just a block away that can get you pretty much any where in Bellevue and can get you to Seattle as well. Restaurants, Bel-Square, King County library, Museum, city park, all just blocks away and super easy to get to on foot! Also within walking distance (about a 20 min walk) is Meydenbaur Bay Park located just a few blocks west of downtown Bellevue and is on Beautiful Lake Washington. The staff at the Courtyard where super friendly and welcoming! Our room was a very comfortable queen bed with pull out couch! We do wish the pool was a little warmer, but that's just us. The kids we saw swimming didn't seem to mind at all! If you are looking for something fancy with lavish amenities this may not be the place for you. However....if you are looking for something cozy and comphy....THIS IS IT!! We will be staying here again and would highly recommend the Courtyard!

Good value for money Centrally located Courteous staff

Had to pay for expensive bottled water in the room. When I asked about the bathroom tap water, I was told that tap water was not potable

The location for my daughters gymnastics meet was perfect. Having the pool and all the restaurants and shopping nearby was very nice. We used public transportation to and from the airport. It was a reasonable walk for the bus. Definitely will be using next year and when we come I will probably drive. They have parking nearby.

I liked that they have simple food available but wish they had fruit.

Clean and quiet room

Not all breakfast items were fresh. I wish they would provide less items but at higher quality Coffee was not good Oatmeal was not good and pastry were old

We had a cargo box on top of our car that didn’t fit in the underground parking but hotel was quick to make accommodations for us to park overnight in the check-in spots

we have the membership but the front desk person keep saying that don't know anything about the wifi and the password. that was very unprofessional . We were travelers from other country and we were very relie on the benefits of our choice of where we stay. highly recommend people or travellers and pls do not stay with this hotel.
