Comfort Inn is a pleasant property to stay in. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Enjoyed the amenities...the fitness room, pool, hot tub and daily breakfast.

A bit of feedback that may be helpful. The hot tub unfortunately had too much chlorine, so if you had the jets on it burned your eyes. The hot portion of the breakfast was the same everyday which if you have a longer stay as we did, it would be nice to switch it up a bit, ie., adding bacon instead of sausage each day. It would also be helpful to have the butter at room temperature instead of in the fridge. It is very difficult to spread cold butter on toast and waffles.

If you plan to visit Mt. Rainier, this is ideal place to stay. Half an hour from city & 2 hours from Mt. Rainier. Snoqualmie fall is 45 minutes. Breakfast was good, what you expect from a three star hotel. Staff was very helpful. Free parking with ample space. 7 eleven is round the corner. Comfy beds & pillows. Excellent facilities with a budget stay.

Noisy AC, one lift

Great location and front desk staff was exceptional.

Cleanliness of room, had to ask front desk for a 2nd washcloth 3 times in 9 days. Breakfast menu never changed, ran out of food or long waits for serving trays to be filled almost everyday. Trash container was overflowing and piled high several times.

Room was perfectly clean (coming from a neat freak), staff were very friendly, check in and check out were easy, the continental breakfast was really good (except for the eggs), and the swimming pool was super fun. Room slept 4 comfortably. Not too too far from downtown Seattle, like 30 mins by car. Free parking!

Not too much super close to the hotel in terms of restaurants and stuff to do. Pillows weren’t very comfortable, but it was tolerable at least. View was unremarkable (not sure what I expected though). The scrambled eggs in the continental breakfast somehow tasted watered down. But these were all minor issues, nothing close to deal-breakers.

The staff was amazing, the person who checked us in was really great. The hotel was a good option if you want to visit Seattle but not pay the downtown prices. we were able to pay a reasonable rate and still travel to Everett and Seattle with ease.

I went to get ice and our ice tray and ice holder were pretty icky. Other than that the room was really clean.

Very good facilities for the area, great breakfast and good security. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The facility was very clean. There are some really bad hotels in Kent. Beware of Red Lion and Days Inn

No soap for showers in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a fan via the HVAC on all night.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. breakfast was good and coffee was strong. was a great place to stay for the night before driving to our next destination.

one of the towels was still a bit dirty but the others were fine. had no other issues and honestly, that was not that big of a deal since I just used it for the floor.

Clean, modern and in good repair. Excellent professional staff. Housekeeping was great….Everyone I dealt with at the front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful, and looked and acted like true customer service professionals. This really stands out at this type of hotel!

Seemed a little pricey for this level of property but after comparing reviews and prices of other places, I decided it’s competitively priced for the area and time of year.

Loved the breakfast buffet. good choices, and everything seemed very fresh.

Sadly, I don't think we would have been very happy walking around the neighborhood. I've been in and out of Kent for decades, and it seems like some areas of town are kind of run-down right now.

Pool was heated and great for the kids. Convenient location, great food options locally.

Showed up for breakfast by 8 am every morning and there was limited options, one staff member restocking as quickly as they could but food kept running out.
