Very clean, AC/Heater unit worked excellent. No dust bunnies, errant hairs, or garbage anywhere. The room had a fridge, desk, walk-in closet, safe, and great shower. The DVD remote was missing it's battery cover lol. The room and hotel are dated but still an excellent stay.

Needs a window or better ventilation. Smelled strongly like cleaning product when we entered over our 4-day stay. The breakfast was great but needs more protein (bacon, sausage, turkey). Wifi was not sufficient for working from the room or hotel. Would have loved a gym. Needs many more Handicap parking spots. No ADA access to the pool.

First impressions: The hotel was very clean and and inviting. Breakfast, ( tasty and hot with nice accommodations for dining) Room,( room, was comfortable and a nice size for lounging when returning from a day of touring. Temperature was easy to control) , Bed,( a very comfortable King size bed with great pillows) Best of all was Nick, the gentleman on duty who helped us schedule our stay via a phone call to the hotel. When we arrived, he was at the desk and he remembered who we were. We wanted to visit Snoqualmie Falls and while on the phone with him making our reservation he gave us great advise. He was friendly and so thoughtful. Such an attribute to have in an employee.

Nothing,all was wonderful even down to the hot temperature of the tea and coffee which was available all day. I am a coffee drinker first thing in the morning and and again in the early afternoon. My husband is a tea drinker.

The property met all our expectations. The room was adequate for all our needs. We had a small frig and a microwave. We had a small coffee pot. The breakfast room was open at 7:00 with a lovely, lovely attendant who had great coffee. The front desk staff was always helpful. We had a party of 6 adults in 3 rooms. I called the day before check in to ask to have the rooms in the same area of the hotel. No problem at all. It was perfect.

Location. Room was very spacious

Breakfast includes a brown paper bag that you have to choose the night before and then say when you want it delivered or picked up. Less than desirable. I said I needed a 7:00 am pickup and had to wait for staff in lobby to return. We had chosen the microwaveable breakfast sandwich only it wasn’t already warmed. We had to do it and we were checking out. We ended up returning the frozen breakfast sandwich and going without. Requested a printed receipt and the staff member couldn’t figure out how to print it. It was such an early morning delay that we missed our boat reservation for the day.

The breakfast was poor. We researched several hotels in Leavenworth and decided on Howard Johnson because of the breakfast buffet we expected. In our past stays, it was the best breakfast we've had at any hotel! What we expected to be our breakfast buffet, was not what I would call a breakfast, A snack, maybe. If the breakfast buffet, with its Belgium waffles, sausage, biscuits & country gravy etc returns, then we will return also.

It's walking distance to the main area of town. Free breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to Enchantment Park and the Riverwalk. Low cost dvds for rent from front desk. Clean room, refrigerator, and microwave in the room.

Single shaft elevator for the building. If you're impatient, get used to climbing stairs. It's only 3 floors total though, so if youre able-bodied, leave the elevator for those who need it.

Had a mini kitchenette that had a table w/2 chairs, microwave and mini fridge. Room was very spacious. Spa tub was fabulous. Bed was super comfy.

The only thing I didn't like is that not only in the booking description but also in the in room booklet it states that their is a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and etc. Instead of that it's a grab and go breakfast that you order to have delivered to your room or picked up in the lobby. The main reason I chose the hotel was for the breakfast buffet.

The place had nice large clean rooms. It is walking distance to the village (1/2 mile). The heated indoor pool was very nice. Enjoyed the microwave/refrigerator setup. Elevator for upper floors is good and there is covered parking.

Included Morning breakfast not what was advertised/ expected -breakfast stated in brochure hot breakfast- but we actually just received a bag with the same name either a cereal or frozen sausage sandwich, yogurt and snack bar. I understand why but would have preferred to know this in advance. Also know that there is no cleaning staff for your room during your visit. Most of the staff was nice with the exception of one young lady (wore glasses and a thankfully a mask) who was very curt and condescending. Her rudeness and demeanor certainly was a negative to this trip. Suggest she gets training on interpersonal skills and customer service this will help the overall experience for the guests.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a table, mini fridge and microwave in each room. They also have lamps with a plug-in for your phone. Although the pool is outside, they do cover it with a dome in the winter so it's still open and usable.

Like most hotels, I never understand how they assign rooms. We checked it promptly at check in time and we were assigned rooms on the third floor. This is a three floor hotel with a very slow elevator, so we generally took the stairs. But then, I could use a little more exercise!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I had requested an early check in. When I arrived at the time I mentioned I would arrive, a worker who appeared to not be a front desk person walked by and said, “isn’t check in at 4:00?” Not only was his time wrong but his tone was insinuating I was unaware of the check in time and i was dumb for arriving early. I found this comment unnecessary and rude as I was not pressing or being aggressive, merely I was attempting to check in.
