It was convenient being central location for visiting family and friends. Granddaughter left a very cheap wired ear buds and we got a call about them shortly after we checked out. We were already on the road heading back home so was no big deal so we told the gal to just throw them away. We appreciated them caring enough to call. If in the area again I would stay there again. Also it’s a nice relaxing lobby eating area and free gated parking garage.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Accommodating staff. We knew we might have problems with check in because we were coming from a concert. We had emailed at booking and the night of check-in we realized we would be coming after the official check in time due to traffic. A quick phone call and all was good. The night staff was especially kind.

The coffee and creamer. The coffee tasted like sludge (100% Arabica, too strong and bitter) and I had to get help from the front desk guy to open the half and half.

Fine hotel. Very comfortable. We were driving with a lot of luggage in the car for a long distance move.. We choose this hotel because it had a gated secure garage. We felt fairly safe leaving all our luggage in the car overnight. Things can happen but it seemed the safest parking situation near a large city. Also the cheapest parking fee in the area. The location is a short walk from Lake Washington. Absolutely beautiful views from all the small restaurants along the waterfront. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, some of the nicest people we have encountered at a hotel. The woman at the front desk over the weekend we stayed there was exceptional. Our room was not the right setup for us. She realized that before we did and quickly gave us a different room without batting an eyelash. We had a very comfortable stay and slept peacefully.

The pool is too cold for adults and children too. If it were just 5 degrees warmer, it would be tolerable to stay in for some fun play.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was not very friendly, but they gave us some recommendations on where to eat. The location was great not far at all from a fun part of town.

The staff was not very friendly, they also charged for parking. Which we were not aware of, it was very frustrating that you have to pay for parking and there was no other options. There pool was also not available while we were there, which was a huge bummer.

We really enjoyed how close this hotel was to everything. Everything was clean & the person who checked us in was super friendly. We also loved how comfortable the bed was and that there was a microwave & fridge in our room. Also loved that we could sign into our Netflix account and watch movies since we’ve never been able to do that at a hotel. Definitely coming back!

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and kind.

I didn’t like that we had to pay an additional $50 Canadian dollars for parking. The hotel has parking on site and I feel it should be free for guests. We already paid over $605 for 2 nights, so I feel you should be able to park your car there.

Room location on 2nd floor look out at block wall. Should have asked for better room hiven price but tired upon arrival after long drive. Paying for parking, Not really easy to walk to The Landing so didn't go while there as time was short. Should indicate you can do laundry on the amenities.

Breakfast was great. Room was large and clean. Staff was kind and location was perfect as well.

I liked it all.

I made a mistake with my reservations, I added an extra day by accident. It was my fault because I made reservations through a third party. It was my first get away since my husband died in December. Just felt bad about that
