The location is unbeatable. The laundry, amenities, kitchen, all worked great. If you're debating between this and a similarly priced hotel room, I think you get more from the rooms. Parking was a tony bit pricy but very easy.

Noise in general, from the traffic, the neighbors above and besides you (the table and chairs in the kitchens are extremely loud when you or your neighbors move them), there is also some constriction going on right downstairs. The walls and windows of the construction aren't prepared for this level of noise all around. I must say, one night during my stay, I had some noisy neighbors. I called the front desk staff and they addressed it almost immediately. That made it tolerable.

This property had it all! 3 pools a cold plunge, sauna, steam room, amazing! I don’t know how but we won the karma lottery and got upgraded to the penthouse suite that had a hot tub and the most ridiculous rooftop patio I’ve ever seen in my entire life. For 2 tired Mom’s just having a girls weekend with their daughters this was an amazing and to our weekend!

The only thing I could say I didn’t like about the property was the crazy wait time for the elevator but then again we were in the penthouse and it was on the 41st floor so I would imagine it might take some time to get the elevator.

Our family (4 adults) stayed in an exclusive 2-bedroom apartment for four days, and it was a great time for us. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were both very clean and comfy. The walk-in closets gave us plenty room to rearrange our luggages after traveling for 10 days. And there were also washer and dryer with 2 small packaged detergent! The whole family was very happy with the stay!

Parking costs $35 a night, and it was a bit confusing. The staff didn't give us the wrist bands to the pool when we checked in, so we had to ask again.

Possibly the best hotel stay. Our two-bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 with a toddler and a baby. After our toddler goes to bed, we can stay up a little later. The apartment has ample space and gets a lot of sunlight. The in-unit washer & dryer makes travel laundry so easy. But the real gem is the amenities the hotel offers. It was so easy to entertain our toddler with the indoor heated pool, the game lounge and the family lounge. The value was really awesome for this hotel stay. If I come back to Seattle, I would absolutely stay here again.

They only offer housekeeping if you stay over two weeks. Since we only stayed three nights, it's not that big of an issue.

The view, the balconies, the modern furniture, the balcony, the amenities like pool.. Plus, I LOVED Seattle!! What a great city!!!

the second bedroom had no windows, which is creepy. Nobody likes a room with no windows. We didn't expect it. And as nice as the place was, my daughter was very disappointed that she didn't get our room, but a room without windows. Also, it was sometimes a long wait to be able to ask or tell anything at reception. Also, I think if there is a balcony they should trust that you are an adult and let you smoke out there.

The facilities were immaculate. The Gym was constantly stocked with fresh towels and was very open. I enjoyed my time there. They had pools, sauna and additional facilities like co-working event space. This facility is topnotch and I will be staying here again. The suite itself comes as basically its own apartment and functions as an extended stay. The usage of the space is very well designed with plenty of room for storage and intelligent layout of the kitchen and dining table. We were provided with complimentary kitchenware and felt it was perfect to stay in for months.

There was an issue with the bathtub in our suite, but it was handled after we called concierge by the maintenance staff. I do have an additional complaint in the responsiveness of their TVs, which had terrible input lag. The wifi was good, but we resorted to using our laptops and tablets rather than using the TVs which was a shame. Finally the towels were a little lacking.

Great small apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, spacious shower, and comfortable beds. The property offers excellent facilities, including basketball courts, a large gym, three swimming pools, and much more.

It would have been nice to have the room cleaned at least once during our 5-day stay. My son slept in the living room, and while the window shades were decent, they didn’t block out enough light for sleeping in during the day.

This apartment style hotel had everything we could need. Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable thanks to the furnishings. The facilities were clean and well maintained and the location was great for walking to tourist areas like Pike Place. I would definitely stay here again due to the proximity to so many restaurants and tourist areas as well as the amenities available including the apartment style feature of the room.

The hotel was quite busy and the people on our floor were quite loud. We could hear them even late in the night so this may either have been due to thinner walls or that these guests were just very loud themselves.

Loved the amenities, the design of the property was great and loved balcony. Suite had a very functional layout. Appreciated the large shower.

The parking garage was confusing. We were charged for parking but then the parkade would not allow us to leave with the hotel given parkade pass. We had to pay twice and try to recover our costs which could not be done completely because the parkade is owned separately from hotel. This was a disappointing end to our trip . Also, the TV remote in bedroom was missing a button so you could not change the tv in bed properly.

We loved our stay here so much that we are returning at a later date for another 4 nights! The apartment is in a great location, it is really clean and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook meals, including a dishwasher, toaster and full-sized fridge with freezer. The apartment has a huge shower, beautiful soft large towels, a washing machine and a dryer. The security is top notch; the lifts are in a secured area locked and only accessed with a swipe card. The staff are amazing, WILLIAM went above and beyond for us trying his best to make sure we were happy with our stay and explaining what is close by foot.

Couldn't fault this place.
