Very good location. Close to all main attractions and places of interest, specially for a first timer in the city. Hotel is boutique, new or recently refurbished, with the basic things required. Not all the toys of a 5 star hotel but what it does it does it right. People at reception were very nice and understanding as I had to request a late checkout due to my partner being sick.

I think there is a little room for improvement in the restaurant. The menu is simple, not a lot of alternatives. The food quality was good but not excellent. Service was good.

Nice hotel and close to so many restaurants, Pike Place Market, bars, very safe. They were very gracious about receiving an Amazon delivery for us. Staff was very pleasant all around.

We requested an early check in because of the health of two of the four of us. We were denied via email. We did arrive a little early and they checked us into one of two rooms. I understand they can't accomodate everyone's request, but it would have been helpful given seniors with some physical limitations since our plane arrived around 1.

A modern, slick and contemporary feel. The room we had was high up on a corner with a good view of the Space Needle. The room was massive and as soon as you walked in you got that WOW feeling. Felt like a Seattle apartment rather than a hotel room.

Lots of business people, if you are looking for a tourist feel you may not get it. Seattle like other US cities are suffering from a high number of homeless people who wonder the streets. The hotel is next to a health building so you may see more at certain times. Belltown is no different from other areas of the town, you just have to assess which streets you feel safe to go down. We never experienced any issues with the homeless but probably disconcerting at the start. Seattle seems to be spending all the money at the waterfront so a hotel near there may be an option if you don’t have much time.

Breakfast was nice, every day the same selection but broad enough to find something every day for a week. Location is close by Amazon and also walking distance from Westlake Center and public transport there. Nice and friendly staff.

For fast wifi they wanna charge you in 2024. Why waisting peoples time with such peanut counting. When getting the booking confirmation they should inform about the option to use your iPhone as room key and the online check-in. This is such a nice feature, why not promote it more ?

Awesome stay. The staff were very friendly and engaging. I felt very comfortable right away. The room looked better than the pictures. The room had great decor and lighting throughout and the bathroom products of Sachajuan smelled refreshing. The 7th floor balcony lounge is beautiful, comfortable and has great views that include views of the Space Needle. The lobby and hallways all smell and look great. The location is very central to Pike's Market and the Space Needle. It's one of my favorite hotel experiences I've had in a long time. When there is a bell person at the front of the hotel, they open the door for you , which is a nice touch. Shout out to the awesome staff we interacted with : Francesco was hilarious, Greg, Nannette, Stephanie, Gustav, and Kerri -Thank you for making our stay that much more great.

The Currant Restaurant didn't have same level of great service as the hotel, but no fault of the hotel.

The Sound Hotel is super cool and welcoming. The staff are friendly and are super helpful with info on things to do in Seattle. The lobby is small but packs a punch, there is seating for lounging and also an open concept store with various snack items and drinks for purchase - it's great! Anything from water to sodas to alcoholic beverages to local chocolated, cheeses and crisps. The rooms are spacious and the furnishing are modern, cool and comfy. There is a sitting area with small table for meals or working or just to hang. The bed is very comfortable. I loved the bathroom, again it was roomy and styling was slick. The in-house restaurant is solid. I had the chicken club and also breakfast and both were good.

The Sound Hotel was fabulous!! They had complimentary champagne, very cool décor for music lovers, the bell gentlemen were so tentative you never even had to open your own door and the staff was amazing and friendly. The room and bathroom were huge. The room had black out curtains which were great. We were on the 2nd floor by the street and you couldn't hear anything. The neighborhood was great. A lot of different restaurant options around. Also very conveniently located especially if you're a tourist visiting. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The room could have been a little colder even with the AC all the way up.

The staff at The Sound Hotel were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. The hotel is modern and the rooms were large and well decorated. The hotel is in a great location between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, so we could easily walk everywhere (or Uber if we were feeling a little lazy).

The only complaint was the airconditioning unit - it was extremely noisy and so we spent all night turning it on and off again vacillating between stuffy and quiet and airflow but with loads of noise. It's strange as the hotel seems so new why the aircon is so bad.

Clean, everything looks new, very good and friendly stuff. I loved their rooftop. They were checking with me every day, and responding quickly to my request. I was impressed. Haven’t seen such service for long time . I forgot my toothpaste and when i ask at resections, they immediately gave it to me with no charge. I had coffee and tea in room, but wanted a green tea. So they brought it in 1 minutes most delicious tea.

Nothing really.

Our room was beautiful and spacious and the furniture was comfortable and stylish. Not just the bed, but the chair(s). I don't think I've ever sat in a hotel chair that was actually comfortable enough for me to settle into, but I could relax in this one for hours. After a long day of hiking up/down Seattle's hills, it was so lovely to have a nice room to go back to. It was the perfect location (a 10-15 minute or less walk to everywhere we wanted to go) so we saved a ton of money on rideshares. We had brunch at the restaurant in lobby (can't remember the name) and it was excellent. The best part is that this was literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. I could have eaten off the floor. I didn't, but I could have and felt fine about it. If I'm ever back in Seattle, I will 100% stay here again.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like is that our mini-fridge didn't have a freezer. There is a CVS across the street and I got a craving for ice cream, but didn't have anywhere to put it. There was also no microwave in the room.
