The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day by staff. They would refill everything and make the bed as well. Additionally, bed was really good.

The location was complicated to find: We knew that we needed to walk from the metro station to the hotel. But the place is really complicated. There are several floors when you walk out of station and finding your way out is really hard. When you really look for it, there are signs that leads to hotel, but if it is night time, they are not really visible. It was very hard for us to find the place the first time. The breakfast is very overpriced: Breakfast is 20 euros per person (in Booking.com it says 19) and I would say it does not worth it. Not really many options, very small sitting place in which hard to find a seat and most of the things are mid level.

The breakfast was the best part at this hotel. Really amazing. I will return if only for this.

They refused to pack the (already paid) breakfast in the morning, when leaving early in the morning. This may not be mandatory, but it is a nice thing to do which other hotels already do and which is highly appreciated generally. And it does not take a lot of effort...

The BED! It was soooo comfortable. The best hotel bed I have ever slept in. My room was super clean and I loved the shampoo, body wash and hand lotion. Breakfast was great too. There was a really sweet, kind young lady on the front desk who was always smiling and always so kind and helpful. I wish I'd taken her name to acknowledge her. I loved being close to La Defense and it's uber cool arty vibe too. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel location is very nice .. the reception staff are mostly very helpful . Cosy Reception with beverage service and breakfast , lunch and dinner possibilities . Nice shower and water pressure in bathroom .

Room is extremely small which is normal for Paris hotels .. but this one is extremely small , like there is the bed and 30 cms on either side of the bed and that's it . Can't connect any external device to the TV . Chromecast on TV does not work . House keeping staff are inefficient . No wardrobe .

Location is nice, staff is very friendly and supportive, rooms are nice and clean. The room was a bit too cold when I arrived, but it got quickly and pleasantly warm and I really appreciated that it was not via a loud and windy aircon system. Big points for that!

During the last night of my stay there was no warm water (both evening and morning of check-out) so no possibility to take a shower. They told me they were working on the issue but it would have been too late for me. And the room I got this time had a mini fridge that was difficult to access as it was not very intelligently set up :)

Truely comfortable rooms, amazing noise insulation, we had a garbage truck come by every morning in front of our window and could not hear a thing. Big bed and bathroom, which is very rare for Paris. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Even had a small gym that nobody uses so it was like a private gym we could go to whenever we wanted.

For some reason on our last day of our stay the breakfast options were very limited and they stopped resupplying breakfast options almost an hour before it ended. This is absolutely unacceptable given the price of the breakfast as well as being a 4 star hotel. The only other downside is the location, but the metro station is less than a 10 min walk and you can take line 1 and arrive to the heart of Paris in about 10 minutes so overall it's a good trade off because you get more comfort and value conpared to the hotels in the city center. Major emphasis on comfort here.

Nice comfortable bed where I slept very well. The shower and bathroom were great also. I stayed there for a concert at La Defense arena which is a 30 min / 2km easy walk from the hotel.

Not really much nearby for food. There is a McDonald's and Subway a 10 minute walk away. It's in the financial sector so not much around.

Location is in the industrial area so fairly far from the centre, but it's not too far to walk to the metro. The hotel is nice, clean room and the breakfast is good, although could have used a bit more hot food.

The restaurant hours (and therefore room service) are a bit limited. The gym is tiny and has very little equipment but was clean and ambient.

Very big room, clean and modern overall. I personally found very helpful how there were USB wall plugs, so I didn’t need to use an adaptor every time. The location is great, pretty close to Esplanade de la Defence, in metro line 1. This made it excellent to reach most of the tourist attractions in Paris, even during a strike. There is a supermarket nearby, and also a bakery right in front of the hotel. I found it perfect to have a nice croissant for breakfast or to buy a baguette sandwich to take out for lunch. The staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. They also speak numerous languages, other than perfect English, of course. The restaurant on the ground floor was a nice option for those who arrive tired and can’t be bothered to go back out. The shower was very clean, and overall I had a great experience.

Although at a very reasonable distance, it’s still tiring to walk from hotel to station, as you’re probably destroyed after visiting through the beautiful city Paris is. Also, I might be picky here, but the sheets didn’t look like they were changed every day. I also noted they don’t vacuum the floor every day.

The hotel has a fabulous shower room and there are very comfortable, high quality beds.

Whilst the beds were super comfortable they are far too high. I’m 5’6” and still found it an effort. I presume this was so you could put cases under them, but I didn’t spot this until we were leaving. It was extremely easy to bash your knee on the frame. The shower room door is rippled glass. Whilst it is not totally see though it was partially see through. I am luck my daughter is open minded as she had to see her mum in the loo!!
