Room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a deluxe double on the 4th floor. Windows opened for fresh air which we always love. . Everyone in our group said how wonderful the beds were which is very unusual in so many people. We were there for a surprise birthday gathering. Bathroom was well thought out with a bath and shower and a separate loo. Good wardrobe with lovely luxurious hangers. Coffee machine AND a kettle. Bliss. Limited number of coffee capsules and tea bag. We were given more on request. Fresh milk was available from the reception staff to put in the fridge. Very quiet hotel but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and many interesting places. Staff are very friendly, stylish and professional 24/7. They even found me a french adaptor. at 3 in the morning. The lady in the bar was very friendly but sadly had nothing people wanted to drink! Plenty of local alternatives though. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Fresh eggs and omelettes were cooked to order. Vast continental breakfast available. We did not use the spa personally but one of the group had a lovely massage and swim. Reception found us taxis in incredibly short order. There was a very efficient storage solution for leaving luggage. Most attentive hotel we have stayed in for years. Definitely earned the stars. We will definitely stay again if we are in Paris.

We spent a very small amount of money in the bar as we were part of a large group and it was a nice place to sit together. The profits could have been pretty large! Sadly the bar is not very well run and the stock was very low. No Gin, Tonic or fizz of any type available... Only one beer was available. Lots of whisky and cocktails. Quite odd really. I had a nice cocktail but others were unable to buy a drink. No offer to restock for the following night was made even though we asked the night staff about it. We therefore spent our money in another bar. Hopefully this was not a usual problem.

Really amazing spa, attractive and super clean, hot working sauna and steam and lovely pool, and this great electrolyte drink in a seating area- a real asset. Also the calm chic decor and really comfy beds, and brilliant air con - all felt super clean and calming.

The breakfast wasnt as good as the sister hotel in Marseille where i stayed before

Although small, the room was very functional and well laid out. Also it was spotlessly clean. The AC was exceptional. The staff lovely. The location - a bit away from the tourist areas, was fantastic with lots of bistros and food choices within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast/coffee is expensive and i think there could be better use of the outdoor/breakfast area space. Maybe make it more inviting with fresh croissants or a happy hour later in the day. But this is just being picky. There are so many places to have drinks and food in the immediate area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

EVERYTHING! The location is so ideal for the metro and my son who lives in the area! The wellness center is fabulous to relax and refresh! The food was a high standard. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The room and hotel public areas immaculate!

There were no complimentary/spare toothbrush toothpaste or biscuits! Coffee was amazing though.

Room was expertly laid out and very comfortable. A lot of thought clearly went into the rooms. Staff was incredible and very attentive. Facilities were very clean and the sauna was able to get up to a nice temperature.

Shower was a bit difficult to get out of. We wished there were a light switch in the bathroom to not disturb the other person if using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Hotel kindly upgraded us to Superior. The room exceeded all expectations with Super King bed and rainfall shower along access to the Spa and swimming pool. Location was a 25 ride from all the sites with restaurants abound and very safe

The best stay in any hotel ever it was my husband's 70th they went way beyond making his day great. Spa is amazing could not fault it will definitely go back 👍

There was nothing that I would say impressed us at all. Although generally the hotel was good. Would not say this hotel was 5 star.

Total lack of local information for foreign visitors. The breakfast spread was good, but the helpfulness of staff was poor, e.g. no one said you could get omelettes, and that other coffees were available.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and patient. We took my mum for a surprise stay for her birthday and mentioned it during the booking. On arrival my mum found flowers and balloons in her room, making it truly special. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Having use of the pool, sauna and steam room really adds to the hotels appeal. We would definitely stay again 😍

The room was clean, comfortable and suited the two of us to explore Paris. We didn't have time to enjoy the additional amenities such as the pool & spa but it looked great. Breakfast were nice and the staff were very amenable. Highly recommend as a hotel to stay in Paris

On the first night the air conditioning was not working so we had to open the window, but this was resolved the following night. It was a bit annoying that the door to the bathroom would not stay open and had to hold door back, it felt a bit dis-engaging as a couple but overall it was good
