Great location and staff.

We asked at reception to book us a taxi for an early flight. They didn't book an "official" taxi and we were overcharged.

Hotel Montcalm is situated in a perfect location, right outside Beucicaut Metro Station just a few stops away, or a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our room (33) was on the third floor with a view of the street. It was exceptionally clean and very cosy, just big enough for me and my husband. The room looked to be freshly decorated, and the bathroom looked brand new. Our bed was super comfy, probably the comfiest bed we've stayed in in any hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was quiet with no noise coming from the street. There is some renovation work on the 1st floor, but we were informed about this on arrival and was told the works would be between 10am and 4pm, which didn't impact our stay whatsoever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Hotel Motcalm again when we next visit Paris. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very comfortable, amazing location, safe neighborhood, restaurants and drugstores right around the corner. Starbucks and metro station across the street. Breakfast really good!!! The croissant was amazing. The staffs at the hotel helped me with everything. It’s worth it the price.

I liked everything. I just had an inconvenience with the Housekeeper because she came to check my room after the crew clean it but she didn’t I was already there. So she unlocked my door but as soon as she heard me on the phone she apologized and left. Also the hotel apologized with me. But everything went really well!!!!!!!

It was really near to metro (we just used BOLT as my mom can't walk down/up stairs and Paris doesn't really have accessibility) but it sure is amazing for that matter. It seemed like a very familiar neighborhood. We also felt really secure not only there but all over Paris. The hotel staff was unbelievably nice! Looking forward to stay there again.

They did not change the sheets. I had a bleeding problem over a minor injured finger and the bleed spot stayed there for our entire on the mattress stay :(

At this price point in Paris there is nothing to complain about, rooms in Paris are small but this one was perfectly laid out and maintained, I asked for a quite room on an upper level and got exactly that with an open view across a quite green area with plenty of light. OK the room might be a little tight for two people but for a single perfectly adequate and I travel light. The 15th gets you away from the hordes that invade much of Paris, with lots of options for dining, cafes etc that are filled with locals. The brasserie on the corner a favourite. Breakfast everything you would need in a perfectly pleasant room with a cherry attendant. It was a 10 min walk from where I needed to be with a metro on the corner.

This is being nit picky, but living in Italy one gets spoiled by good coffee, and let's face it a press button machine doesn't deliver.

Great location in the city, very close to everything and some great bars/cafees right next to the hotel. Staff was great and very helpful. They was kind enough to let us use the breakfast area for our own food brought from the outside late at night. They was also very helpful storing our bags while we explored the city on the last day as we had a late flight. Room was very clean and cozy although on the smaller side.

Room was a little small but had everything that was needed for a good stay.

This Hotel in the 15 Arrondissement, which is a relative quite, nice living área from Paris, is a hotel where you feel in good hands. The stuff is nice and helpful with everything you need. I was for work in Paris and they helped me with everything i needed and always with a smile on there faces. The lady who brought breakfast to my room was infectiously in a good mood.So what you want more on a stay in a big city like Paris, to feel like welcome in a warm atmosphere.

There are two singel rooms in the hotel which are side by side. The walls are a little to thin so you hear everything but this depends also, what kind of client is on your side;)

The location was perfect since we had family around the corner at the 15eme arrondissement! 5 min walk from metro, a superb new restaurant literally next door (Bistró Chic) 10 min walk from beautiful Parc Citroen , 30 min walk to Tour Eiffel- which is perfect reason to stroll via Rue de Commerce or next to Sena River. Lyft bikes available to rent just in front, great hair dresser also a block down... so just perfect for what we needed and this time.

room 15 is small yet has a nice little balcony to the street size and comfortable bathroom size -just the pillows, change the pillows please!

Getting to the hotel from Orly Airport was pretty easy. The metro station exit is a very short walk from the hotel. I liked the area around the hotel, and enjoyed eating in the near by restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was nice after walking around all day in the summer!

I would be nice if there were vents in the bathroom, but that's probably not possible in old Paris buildings. Opening the window is required, but when it was really hot, it was a bit uncomfortable to have the windows open to vent the bathroom. Would still come back though!

Loved the fact there was always someone at reception just in case you needed help. The room was cleaned to a very high level, was very happy with level of cleanliness and comfort. Staff extremely friendly and approachable, always a 'Bonjour' and a smile. Location brilliant for my needs,plenty of places to eat and drink by hotel, plus metro right on doorstep. Close to tourist attractions, couldn't find a better hotel for location within budget. Was able to leave luggage after check out and could stay in waiting room till was ready to go to airport. Can not fault the place, amazing service. Staff should all be proud of themselves.

Honestly can not fault anything.
