It's a great choice for a reasonable price. Location was great, bus stop just outside the corner, train stations ( Gare du nord) 10 min on foot, metro station is 5 min, ~30 min on foot from Pompidou centre. Same distance to Monmartre hill. The close neighbourhood is full of various ethnic restaurants and shops ( like Afgan, Indian, Bangladesh and so on) and typical French places on the way to Pompidou. Even though nearby streets are busy the hotel is faced to a small street which is not so busy so it was calm and we had a good rest. The common areas of the hotel were not spacious though cozy. Nice bonus, coffee and tea was available in breakfast area any time. There were fresh orange juice during breakfast, pancakes, nice bread, quite a nice breakfast to summarize. Additional bonus was a nearly thousand years old gothic church view on the other side of street, it was charming. Staff was really polite and friendly. The room for 3 persons was a decent size, bathroom was small though comfortable, I know space is an issue in Paris so was totally fine about it. All the equipment worked as it should ( shower, heating, elevator, lights, tv). To summarize, I'd stay here once again if I'm in Paris

there were no hair dryer in the room. I'm pretty sure I could get it at reception if I had a need

The room was simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. There was a carafe of water and a TV but no kettle. There is a separate room for the shower and toilet, too, not the frosted glass like some of the Ibis do. The breakfast had a good range of food and drink too. I liked juice from the freshly squeezed orange juice machine! And it is the first time I have had a 'fill your own tea bag' option. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The cartoon doodle style wall art wasn't to my taste, but you couldn't see it when the lights were off!

Quiet hotel, clean, convenient location near Gare du Nord and metro station Gare de l'Est. Room was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable (it was small, but that’s normal in Paris). Had a floor on the top floor, with view of the church. Breakfast was included and I expected somthing really basic, but it was actually very good. Breakfast room is rather small, but this was not a problem (maybe the hotel was not fully booked). Prices very decent.

Receptions staff could be a bit more welcoming.

Great location Good breakfast Kind staff. Aircon and luggage storage before check in and after check out is provided. Gives a basic motel feel for the rooms as the rooms are smaller but for Paris , given the location and price point, I think it’s great value stay

Since it’s on the side streets, has a very strong urine smell in the entrance. And might feel little anxious to walk but it’s just 2 mins walk from the Main Street.

Heating great with AC, hot water very good, good location, quiet , very clean inside and outside room, comfortable bed, good breackfast i had all i need for my desire.

1.Extremly high price 2. To enter inside hotel in the night after 00:00 you have to ring the door and receptionist will come to the door to open. This is not covenient for party night person. Sometime i go in and out 2 time in a night and i don't like this situation.

The hotel is a good value for a money, the cleaning was good. Location is convenient as well, we walked from hotel to main attractions. We arrived late so it was nice to have bottles with water so that we didn’t need to go to shop. The staff is very friendly.

We got the room with small window looking into the wall of other building, but it wasn’t a big problem as we were out of the room all days and arriving in the night.

The location was great, the hotel was easily reached and found, most sights are within a walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were basic but quite sufficient for a morning meal. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel

The window faced the inner side of the hotel with the stairs and the window didn't open. But it wasn't a big problem. Overall we're very glad to have chosen this hotel.

One evening, we forgot to buy water, we requested at the reception there was a fridge with juices, we wanted to pay for them and they didn't want to give it to us, they said it was a gift for customers...and we were customers... that was ugly..

A pleasant hotel which is located in a great neighbourhood, a short walk from both the Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est train stations. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

My room was super tiny, with a small single bed installed against one of the walls. At a cost of €169 per night, my room (at just a few square metres) was very expensive real estate indeed!

Location is excellent for exploring city center and outskirts. Hotel is cozy with tattoo-like style of interior. Rooms are not big, but there is enough room for two grow people to move around. Overall a pleasant experience.

Not much to dislike as long as your expectations are realistic.
