The room was hot as we couldn’t control the heater, kept on blowing hot air even though we switched it off.

Magnificent (magnifique) Everything was perfect. The location was in the optimal location. The hotel design was impressive, the whole property was incredibly clean, the rooms were beautiful and the bathroom has the wow factor! The staff were amazing, greeted us every single time, the door attendants were prompt and everyone spoke clear/very fluent English and were very supported when I tried to speak French for the first time. We stayed here for Bastille Day, it was unexpectedly quiet from our hotel room, we were expecting the day to be very loud. We got to see and hear some of the defence force planes overhead very early morning, then we literally walked 50m down the road and we had the prime location for the parade, it was spectacular. We walked everywhere from this hotel, it’s a fantastic location. 100% recommend and definitely worth the price. We loved La Clef Champs-Élysées.

Reasonably good breakfast. Clean Rooms, good amenities. Coffee/Tea replenished regularly and room serviced very well. One block from Champs Elysees. Good size room.

The offer with pictures from Booking.com and the room given were not the same but the room given was still good. I just expected that it would be the same. I expected the Hotel to be on the Champs Elysees because it says La Clef Champs Elysees. Breakfast was good but could be better located in the Hotel.

Good location

My son lost his ring and I told management about it and they promised to look for it and when I went back they looked confused and said nothing was found. I definitely heard it fall. Breakfast was suppose to close at 11.00am we were there at 10.45am and they said it is closed. Staff were to busy decorating for Halloween and offered us tea and croissant in the lobby which we said no to and went out for breakfast.

the breakfast area is very small and is not meeting the 5 stars standards. Moreover the breakfast fast option is very limited

The location was excellent as we could take a brisk minute walk to the Champs Elyesee. The aesthetic were also great and rooms are spacious!

I wish I could have tasted the food however all our meals were out.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the hotel room exceeded our expectations. Large size room within a close convenient location next to shops and restaurants. Polite and friendly staff ensured that the stay was great.

The only item to consider is that we had a staff member walk into our room twice without knocking, interrupting a very important question/(proposal). Outside of this, the stay was perfect.
