The location - it isn’t very pretty but it suited our needs to be between the Moulin Rouge and the airport. It was lovely and quiet. All the main facilities were clean, spacious and well-equipped. We arrived early but were allowed to check-in to our rooms. The staff were polite and efficient (with the exception below)

The breakfast was not included so I did not try it but my husband did and he enjoyed it. I don’t eat much breakfast so the high cost of a buffet was not worth it for me. The bar service was really slow even though there was only one other customer initially. We found our own drinks menu and eventually went to the bar to get service. There was a disagreement after that between the barman and a waitress where he was obviously very angry - possibly about guests having to come to the bar after waiting quite some time.

Great dinner menu and very good breakfast buffet, strong shower and comfy bed. Relative big TV. Friendly staff and many can speak English. Close to a Metro and train station. Bus in front of hotel. Safe and secure entrance and lift to room setup. Coffee and tea in room.

As in every hotel room lighting is limited although near the bed good. Coffee and tea in the room not the best brands or too weak. Had to take two tea bags for one cup and run out of coffee for the rooms. Limited hanging up area in wardrobe and room. Limited dinner menu after 3 evenings had to dine out.

We got a very good price for such a good level, charged even less than what Booking.com showed; large room and everything worked in it; breakfast, especially an omelette (but only in limited time periods during breakfast time available, you have to ask a lady there for an omelette); close to the city center; public transport options; a large grocery store near by;

Upon check-in, I found out that I had forgotten my bank card, but they could not offer me the payment option with a bank transfer via i-bank (it's good that my wife had a card and sufficient funds), moreover, they also took a deposit, which I did not see information about before; One morning there were plenty of places in the breakfast room, but on another there were not enough places;

The location of the hotel was very good, within walking distance of the metro station and other necessary facilities.

The breakfast was otherwise very good, but one morning the breakfast server was quite abrupt and grumpy (it was not even possible to get coffee or a fork, as it was almost 10 o'clock) and this caused the whole family to feel a little down. Understandably, we had to get the breakfast eaten little faster, as we were a little late ourselves, but this behavior was still surprising and disturbing.

Great location for a short stay in Paris, staff very friendly and helpful and food/beverages good too. Our room was large and spacious which made our stay very comfortable.

Clearer instructions for entering the car park would have been helpful as we couldn't see which button to press and had to drive around the block while one of us went in to ask! It would also have been nice to have a big supply of black tea for breakfast as they had none left by our 3rd morning.

a great place to spend our new year’s eve. so easy to get a bolt from here to anywhere we wanted to go in paris, felt quite safe in this area too. extremely friendly door man/ concierge who acknowledged us throughout our stay and was so kind with a smile at all times, he is a real credit (didn’t get his name unfortunately). hotel is nicely decorated, bed is comfy and room was clean. had a nice time :) thank you so much

The hotel’s location and its excellent accessibility to the city centre and other must‑visit attractions are the main reasons I would highly recommend it. The area feels safe, and it’s just a 6–8 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

I felt the hotel rates were slightly on the higher side. It would be great if they could include a couple of breakfasts in the stay.

Stylish and easily accessible from public transport. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were very welcoming, even the man who was making the omelettes at the breakfast bar had a cracking smile. Friendliest staff in Paris!

We weren’t given the room we had reserved, and we probably would have been swapped if we had asked, but by the time we arrived we were too tired. Advice would be to check at reception

Good breakfast, clean rooms, and close to metro station.

Upon check-out, the reception staff asked me to pay the city tax, even though it was already included in the booking price. I had to show them my booking confirmation as proof. In the end, everything was resolved, but I believe the staff should be better informed about the booking conditions and applicable regulations.

Lovely helpful, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Good location Close to bus and subway.We found a few nice restaurants in the area.Good choice for breakfast, well stocked and good coffee from self service machine. We stayed in a Queen room which was cosy and clean and serviced daily.

Slight street noise as we over looked a busy junction but we got used to it after the first night.
