I stayed there with my husband for 3nights 4days. The resort was good, there were cafes and giftshop+shop that sells most of amenities needed during your stay in the lobby. housekeeping knew how to keep the room clean sparkling. the lobby front desks were friendly. the pool were fun, they have water slides too. there’s a connecting walkway to the beach which is super pretty as well.

I paid for Executive room with Executive lounge access but one of the staff there didnt really wanted to listen to me, and kept assuming I dont belong there, that was a little bit of hassle, no apology after he realized he had made a mistake either. I think the TV in the room was a little too old for it to be in five star hotel. Maybe it’s just my room idk.

Staff friendliness, shops and restaurant within the hotel was convenient. Airport pick up was so on time, in fact, earlier than expected. Shuttle to the salon was unexpected but so appreciated. We requested a wake up call and actually received an automated one (3x) then a staff called. The room was more than expected for the price.

On our check out date, we canceled the shuttle to the airport (missed it by a minute) and asked the front desk for a taxi. Bryce assisted us right away except when we went outside and our taxi came (Rey?), another guest came out and went straight to the taxi. The taxi driver asked us what room (329) and we knew it was our ride but he accepted the other guest and asked us if it was okay to wait for the other taxi who would arrive in 5 minutes. The other taxi came later than expected with the meter not on and just telling us it will cost $20-$23 to the airport. I hope to not encounter something like that on our next stay.

Great location in Tumon bay - you can see beautiful views and it’s perfect for snorkeling. There’s a park nearby to walk around and you can easily go to Ypao beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially JP at the beach house was attentive to guests and had a great knowledge of local culture experience recommendations.

Very inviting, just a walk to the beach. Hotel is tucked away in a quiet location away from the main streets of Tumon.

The one thing I wanted to point out was the restroom in the room smelled like urine when we first went came insane red.

I like the welcome and smile on the staff. They made me feel at home and readily answered my questions.

I enjoyed my stay. I wish we could check out at a later time like 1:0o p.m. I also wish I could still utilize the pool the same day I check out. I was turned away because I had already checked out.

The location is very strategic. All major establishments are just a few minutes away. Snorkelling area is in the hotel area.

Give due consideration for earlier check-in accommodation for early flights with early-out bookings.

Staff very responsive and accommodating. The facilities were awesome considering there was a typhoon a month ago.

Our pick up was there early even though our flight arrived earlier than expected. Don, the driver who picked us up at the airport, made us laugh as soon as we met up at the arrivals. He kind gestures, manner, and his sense of humor extended a feeling of trust, comfort, and safety. He's a keeper!

There was nothing we did not like.

Every staffs are so kind and thoughtful. Location is perfect to enjoy the great view. It's also a good place to go snorkeling.
