We visited this property on the occasion of my husband's birthday! He just loved it. Overall experience was worth it, staff is very co-operative and friendly. it's a good property worth the experience.

Only concern is property is too far so you won't get uber or ola services and you left with no choice from opting service from resort. It's quite expensive like almost double they charge as compare to what uber will charge you. Resort should provide cab services at reasonable rate.

Exceptional Stay at Della Resort – Truly Memorable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Della Resort, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff at Della are exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. A special mention to Ms. Neha Sharma from housekeeping – she was incredibly polite, kind, and her cheerful personality added a personal touch to our stay. Her service was impeccable and truly appreciated. We stayed in Room 450, and everything was perfect. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping services were consistently excellent throughout our stay. Another highlight of our visit was Café 24, which was a delightful surprise – open 24 hours, offering great food and a lovely ambiance. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was of top-notch quality, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, every aspect of our stay was excellent – the beautiful resort setting, outstanding service, and thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you, Della, for making our stay so enjoyable. Locarion and other activities.

They ask service charges for every service such as we booked room along with GST Rs.13,142.25. But when we checked in receptionist demanded extra 5% on Rs 13,142.25 as service charges on room rent. We booked for activities for our 4 year child.I paid Rs 1500+ GST. Then they also asked service charges. They charged around Rs.75 extra service charges. We took dinner we paid bill of Rs.1462. Restaurant asked us to pay service charges of Rs75 also. means First basic price + GST. Then whatever service availed by us we have to pay additional service charges on that. That service charges are meaningless or baseless. Either therse service charges to be included in base price.

It’s a well made and beautiful property with activities for all age groups. Kids will definitely have a good time and so can we. Really good food and good restaurants with great vibe in the resort. Overall ambiance of the resort is very pleasant and loveable. Staff is really hospitable.

Furniture worn out in luxury rooms. They charge gratuity in all restaurants and in room dinning, which isn’t fair as everything is really expensive. Also, swimming pool for a 5 star resort should be good, water wasn’t clean and pool area wasn’t great and it was small.

Great location for the monsoons to chill and enjoy the property

They are very un-accommodation to cancellation and refund requests even though they are fully sold out weeks prior to my request... Sad to see a good property having bad service.

We stayed 3 nights as family with an intention to enjoy monsoon. Breakfast was amazing. Staff courtesy and supportiveness is probably the best we ever seen globally, very prompt and 24x7 at service. They have round the clock pool, cafe and spa which is a bonus. Travel desk guys were amazing with all the time support for in property commuting, food delivery pickup etc.

Our holiday started off with a very long check in process, took almost an hour. Our booking was for a garden villa room, however allocated room was under ground with Zero view. Requested to change and they gave an upgrade to Luxury cottage, special thanks to front office staff Niraj Kadam and Sonakshi. Used hotel taxi services for airport transfers as well as local sight seeing, felt over priced for the kind of service offered, quality of taxis and drivers could be improved for that price. Pickup from Mumbai airport was 1.5 hours late as well as local sight seeing taxi came 1 hour late. Food in restaurants are heavily priced. hotel could offer some free play room for small kids, anything under adventure park is payable.

I liked the hospitality of the staff and the food at the multiple restaurants

Charging of gratitude is outrageous. Although I paid service at the restaurants and tipped some of the hotel staff, a considerable amount of gratitude was charged to my checkout bill.

Location

You don't have UPI receipts being printed and have to take photo each time. With this good location, considering weather, basic items like tea and coffee are charged 200/- . I can understand lasagna being charged 900 but at least not tea and coffee for 200

The location is amazing , it feels like a small amazing township with multiple choice of restaurants . The adventure activities are amazing & great for kids,

The activities should be available in "ala carte" for as well. Most of them are bundled in package & if someone wants to avail only few, ( e.g Zipline) cannot do that activity by paying only for that one.
