There was one waiter at the restaurant who was a bit rude when we wanted to sit to a 4 person table and after that he did not allow us to sit there 2-2 people could sit to the 4 person tables. It was a bit strange. I felt like the only reason he did not let us because we were young and the other one were about 50-60 years old. I felt that behaviour a bit disrespectful. The other problem: the room was a bit dusty .

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was incredible except 1 person. Umberto was amazing you can tell he loves his job with how he interacts with everyone, he even got us pizza delivered on a Sunday night at 10:30 because we were starving after a long day at the Amafi's the pizza arrived in 10 mins and was only €20.00! He is the best!!! Restaurant staff were all amazing and we even made a life friend with Domenic! They were all incredible ❤️ The restaurant menu was great and delicious, with comparable pricing for most meals are €15. The servings are huge for 1!! The pool is small just a heads up! But it did its job while we were having a chill day at the hotel. We were there for 19 days and it honestly felt like home! Cleaning staff the blonde lady didn't get her name 😢 was great, we didn't have her in our room every day as we were there for so long, she made sure that we had fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper every day! We would empty our trash bins and take them to her. They were super accommodating when our son came back from football for a couple of nights. They would bring a bed in for us and bring him towels. ❤️ Thank you to you all for helping make this trip exceptional. We will be returning soon as our son will be coming back to play football ⚽️ 🇮🇹🇨🇦

The hotel has a lovely reception, bar and restaurant area. The pool is great for cooling off after a day sight seeing and, all of the staff were very helpful. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Food and portion sizes in the restaurant were fantastic and we loved everything we had!

We were on the 4th floor and the window would open really far. Also, 30 mins walk to the vatican is mostly downhill (big hill) through a residential area, so not easy to navigate or get back up to from the city (especially when it's 33 degrees). We ended up getting alot of cabs. There is a bus or underground that would probably be fine for solo travellers or couple's. Not many local places to eat. Beds were a bit on the hard side. Restaurant/bar area could do with a little bit of music to create some atmosphere

Room was stunning, bed was exceptionally comfortable and large. Good range of international tv channels and a cute balcony. Bathroom cleanliness was impeccable. The service particularly from the receptionist was wonderful, no question went unanswered and she was very courteous attentive and welcoming. Thank you.

The only down mark was the pool is very small and the water was quite murky. From the pictures it appears larger and cleaner. It's a little dated sadly. Though it did its job and was great for a quick plunge to cool down in a 36° heatwave. We tried not to swallow any water and went upstairs for a shower to clean up properly once being in.

Excellent property, quiet and peaceful area. Free and safe inside parking, excellent breakfast. 20 minutes to Vatican City entrance by foot. 15 minutes to Cipro subway station to get to the center by several stations only. There is a good supermarket in 10 minutes walking there. You can find anything at a reasonable price. Comfortable room with comfy bed. Android TV with all the apps. through Wi-Fi e.g. LG TV, Rokuten TV, etc Restaurant for dinner, bar and spa, but we had no time for them.. Internet quality is very good. Helpful stuff for carrying luggage parking to the reception and back. we may book here in our next visit. Exactly matches to the photos shared in booking.com.

Simply nothing.

We stayed in a really nice room. It was very fresh and clean, with a great shower, toilet, and bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. We had everything we could wish for in a breakfast – and more. The coffee was delicious too. The pool at the hotel got a bit unclean when so many people were swimming in it, which was a bit unfortunate, but otherwise it was also very nice.

Everything is accessible Siri, what hotel is that from the Metro? 15 to 20 minutes you can go to the metro. We can walk to the city city in 30 minutes. There’s a small pool, but it is good to refresh. Good enough to work out. The breakfast is simple to diverse. Staff is nice and speak English.

If you are a breakfast person, the breakfast is quite meager. We’ve heard from many people that dinner is not top. Put some options around.

Room: 8.5/10 quite big and clean, 2m x 2m bed is insane. Bathroom is a bit small, especially you have to take shower inside a small bath tub. But overall it is good. Not very quiet as we got a room close to the lift. Noisy when other guests are not considerate. Staff: 8/10 friendly staff, helpful and professional. Breakfast: 8.5/10 a bit variety of foods, beacon and eggs (warm), cereal, yogurt and fruits, toast and bread. Good coffee. Parking: 10/10 as driving to Rome, overnight secured parking is important to us.

Location: 7/10 a distance to tourist attractions and away from major roads. Price: 7.5/10 it’s not cheap, and this is maybe the reason that parking is free, well, we actually pay for it.

The hotel has a nice and staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, also the packed breakfast was fine too. The roof terrace has a nice view. Our room was big enough and the double bed was comfortable.

When we arrived to the hotel room it was extremely hot and we couldn’t open a window without the help of one of the staff. Plug was only one side of the bed, the hairdryer was really old and smelly, and the windows were old too and broken. The hotel was too far away from everything, due to the hectic and unpredictable public transportation (waiting 20-25 minutes for buses) it felt even worse, only the Vatican was 20 minutes away on foot.

The hotel was a lovely feel, they upgraded us free of charge which was very much appreciated and made a huge difference on room size We could walk into city (40 mins downhill) although walk back more challenging 😂 Breakfast was great and enjoyed the whole experience

No facilities outside of summer—-we had rain one day so could have enjoyed a swim/sauna —-the cost of turning on sauna made it a no go….bar and restaurant staff not the most friendly and you felt you was not getting good service
