For the seasoned traveller, many things may not be perfect - parking in front of the hotel is difficult, valet parking is a piece behind the hotel, the room is not ideal, you wait 25 min for a coffee at the bar in the afternoon.... but all this disappears when you get to know the people working there and find that it is a very pleasant place. Both the gentleman manager and later the very nice lady manager took our needs and adapted the room to our requirements. The bar turned out to be a nice place with decent coffee although it is a place to improve thoughts after all we are in Italy.... The hotel is located in the right place very close to all the attractions in fine weather the walk is very pleasant.

I rate the hotel itself as a place positively I think we will return to it again if we are in Verona - there is no point in looking for another place if this is good enough. The only thing I missed about Verona itself was on the recommendation of the hotel we went to a restaurant quite close by in which the food and wine was very average. But maybe for the future it would be worth choosing slightly more qualified partners?

I had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is quite lovely—there’s a cozy seating area with a bar in the lobby that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, handling my requests quickly and with a smile. It really made me feel welcome. It’s super close to the city center, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions. It’s also within walking distance of the train station, which is perfect if you’re planning to travel beyond Verona. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, a comfortable ambiance, and a great location, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Verona.

One regret I have is not having the chance to try the breakfast—there is too many pasticcerias around :-)

We loved the location of Hotel Indigo Verona. It was great to be able to walk into the centre to explore beautiful Verona which is exactly what we wanted. It was also great to have a secure place to park the car so close by. Having a suite worked very well for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The rooms were clean and the layout worked perfectly. We also loved the delicious breakfast. The range of food available was fantastic and very tasty. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating making our short stay a good one.

Lovely hotel. The staff are super relaxed, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face. Our room was lovely and the roll in bed for our 8 year old was very comfy and fitted well in the room. Great breakfast options in a lovely breakfast room. 10 minute walk into town and lots of good eateries nearby. Cannot fault the hotel at all.

Only a very small complaint but we stayed in two different rooms and the location of the shower in both rooms is really awkward. It's right in the middle of the wall facing outwards instead of being at the end. Hard to explain properly but it means showering in a really tight space making it very awkward.

We only booked One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed and Living Area as this was all that was available for our dates and it was spacious, but expensive. Hotel has mostly good decor and is in good condition. Location works very well too. Room 115 quiet and big. Staff are super friendly. Nice quiet and effective aircon.

Lighting in the bathroom dull, but adequate, which makes it difficult to apply make up. Buffet Breakfast very varied, but the cooked items were too cold. No freshly cooked items.

The Hotel was lovely. Our request for a quiet room was granted. The room was very well appointed, spacious and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast was very good, lot of choice. Staff were exceptional, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Hotel is in a good location, midway between the train station and the centre of Verona. Bonus was the outdoor terrace and garden to sit out in

It was a nice property. Good for a one night or longer stay in Verona. We had a room on the courtyard, so nice and quiet. Good facilities and easy to reach when entering Verona.

The bathroom on first glance was good and modern. But there bits of tile missing and de doorpost didn’t connect well with the wall. Would be good if the windows could be put in tilting position, so at night you can get some fresh air and wouldn’t have to rely on air conditioning

The location of the hotel is pretty ideal. It’s close to all the areas you’d want to check out everything is a maximum of a 15-20 minute walk. The staff is also very welcoming and very helpful. We were given a map of Verona with all the landmarks explained and highlighted with the route to walk to get to those landmarks. We were also given some really good restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend

The rooms were quite small. Very spacious balcony but that didn’t really come in handy in winter.

Wonderful hotel. great location between train station and arena. Everyone on the team made us feel welcome and gave us special attention. At check in we were provided with a brief orientation of Verona with the attendant's personal recommendation. When we came late for breakfast, they accommodated us at a special table and served us individually. Everyone exceeded our expectations.

Price was very high, due to limited availability

Location is everything and this hotel was perfect for us, as train travellers and it was also close to the old Town, so a win win! The staff were extremely helpful, and polite and our room was clean, comfortable and also it had the one queen size bed that wasn’t divided into two beds as often is the way in Europe. The room was smaller than I expected, but not a big problem really. It is something that you have to consider when you have luggage. The breakfasts are fabulous and the coffee very good!

It became very warm especially at night and you couldn’t open the window, however, once the staff where aware of the issue, they turned down the heating and also gave us a key to the window.
