The spa was the highlight of my trip. The staff were very friendly and informative.

We had a swim out room and there were numerous leaves and twigs in the pool which were never cleared by staff.

I like the fact that there were elevators end escalators that’s a plus for me. The room was clean.

There wasn’t enough restaurants to choose from. I wanted to make reservations to dine with my family and most restaurants weren’t available and kids are not allowed. Also, there could be more entertainment. The rooms had mosquitoes, There could be better lighting in the room where the mirrors are. Room service good wasn’t good

I stayed Dec18-21,2022. I want give applause to morning Chefs at Gourmet Marche - they were excellent in providing vegan options for our family which are vegans I want to say thanks to security staff - they made me feel secure during my morning exercise jog walk at 530am/ 6am The views from Boardwalk down to main beach were breathtaking. Top notch staff at the Armadillo restaurant -Francesca and at Zen Restaurant provided surperb dining experience. Thanks to Nicolan and Owen and chefs Niurka was our superhero of Watersports booking department. And the glass bottom boat crew on the Dec20 afternoon tour made our vacation the best ever- my kids and husband had blast snorkeling and other people on tour remarked how awesome snorkeling near the shipwreck off the coast of negril was spectacular. My son was even able to do a swim pool diving test - this was awesome experience-I could hardly get to him leave for breakfast that morning. My son also gives top rating for teen club staff and he enjoyed Xbox games. I enjoyed all dinner dining experiences Zen Calyspo Armadillo ( food was good) and the staff from check in and check out even bellboys- alwere so pleasant and professional. Housekeeping dec 19 am were helpful Leroy fantastic and professional And Yanique at front desk check in and out -epitome of professionalism Overall I still rate this vacation great because My youngest son loved the water park splash pool. Great vacation overall! Jacuzzi was excellent!

Lovely hotel, great views, amazing food and high quality facilities. The entertainment was great, the dancers were the best and we even watched a Bob Marley documentary and reggae show. The beach is super accessible. There are many restaurants and the buffet had so many delicious options! There were always tables available even at the busiest times.

We had to wait to check in. We had 2 small cockroaches in our bedroom and many mosquitoes at night although we kept the windows closed in the evening. One of the ladies that was cleaning the bedrooms opened the door not even 2 seconds after knocking and I was naked.

Breakfast was Amazing with a lot of options and the friendliness of the staff makes it perfect.

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t enough information giving on the speciality resturant especially for the fact that we were celebrating my partners success in the music industry and I did ask about them but was told to try the buffet first with no additional information or location of the restaurants.

90% of Staff were friendly and courteous. Good night time and pool side entertainment from the vibes team. Lovely gym. The food was good and this hotel also caters to vegans and vegetarians at the buffet.

Booked an ocean view room but got garden. Queried it and was told that's what they had in the system as ocean view. We were relocated an hr later to a room with pool and partial ocean view. We were told that reservations weren't needed for some restaurants. On the night of our anniversary we showed up to Calypso and were told reservations are in fact needed. The host was kind enough to see if we could be accounted. A few minutes later we were seated however shortly after taking our orders the waitress returned and advised that the items weren't available so we left and dined at the buffet.

It was beautiful and had lots of activities. The buffet and sports bar were good. The spa was awesome.

The food choices and wait times for meals was ridiculous. Room service was ordered and never showed up. The property ran out of certain alcohol choices early on.

I loved all the activities, especially the night activities, we where never bored. Some staff could be more warm and welcoming and have more knowledge of the property and brand. Shout out to the evening host at the "Hide Away" dining entrance, can't remember his name, such a pleasant soul. Shout out to our room attendant Keida, pleasant and accommodating, the lady bar tender (Indian) by the cotton tree she has so much passion for her job. The bar was under going maintenance work and we could see her daily making sure her work area was beautified with all sorts of flowers , we loved that. You guys made our stay a more memorable one. We enjoyed our stay overall and wie will definitely be back with our family.

Location was beautiful. It truly was a taste of paradise. You can use any pool or beach at any time of day, even after they close at your own risk.  the helping staff bartenders butlers, and everyone who worked with us on our vacation we’re all friendly the suite was beautiful although I wish the Jacuzzi was a little bit bigger, It was still enough for two. The scenery was beautiful.

The room service took a little while to finally bring the food and you may have to wait longer than preferred on certain services if you were diamond club,  but but they do treat you like royalty as long as you were respectful to them as well. Also, if they extended the boundaries of where you can go on the beach, it would be a little nicer to go deeper into the ocean however, it was nice either way. Also, they could turn the temperature down in the suites a little because it does get high especially if you were in one of the higher rooms but it isn’t considered unbearable.
