Staff were really kind. I accidentally booked a smoking room without knowing, so when I checked in and said I booked a non smoking rooom, they did their best to accomodate by giving me the option of switching to a non smoking room a few days later when availability allowed. I ended up being fine with the smell on the smoking room floor since only the hallway smells, the room not so much. I let them know that I didn't want to switch rooms anymore to avoid the trouble of packing and moving my stuff, and they were super nice about it. Microwaves and laundry rooms were also available on certain floors, so it was a comfortable stay. Detergent and fabric softening sheets were available to purchase at the reception desk. The station was a not that far of a walk either, and there's a 7-11 very nearby

The pillow is hard. There are two but one of them is really hard

Good location, nice vibe of the neighbourhood, not touristy, not too crowded but buzzling with people and lights, and variety of restaurants that are quite affordable. Bed was quite comfy, temperature was perfect and cozy. Had a nice sleep on our last night in Japan before the gruelling journey back home. Felt refreshed enough to go for a morning run at the nearby park.

Bed was too small. No other ammenitie compared to other hotels. Not enough space to open the luggage.

The location was great. I was disappointed that breakfast was not served until 8:00, and I had to request it to be brought out. I loved the room and the view, and it was awesome to have access to a washer and dryer in my room.

Breakfast could have been served earlier and been easier to access. When I requested a receipt from the reception desk at the end of my stay, they refused due to my booking through Booking.com, which made submitting my work travel voucher difficult since the Booking.com receipt is not itemized.

This Tachikawa hotel location was good - walking distance from the JR station with easy access transportation links and a large of shops and eating places nearby. Basically safe feeling in the neighborhood and clean / comfortable hotel. Pleasant staff who could communicate in English. Wifi was good.

Smoky smell even on non smoking floors, no microwaves on every level so had to go to different levels to heat up things.

I did not have enough time to have breakfast. The coffee I had with the breakfast the previous morning was good, so I asked the staff if I could have a coffee to go. The answer was a flat 'No". That was a HUGE disappointment!

The convenience of the location for the purpose of staying in Tachikawa. The place is clean, severe a very good breakfast, close to the station and monorail, staff very kind.

It is not that good for people with little children with stroller or mobility Difficulty as it does not provide a entrance for this type of situations. We have to carry the stroller up to the entrance that had a steep fairly long stairs.

Friendly and helpful staff, luggage drop off prior to check-in, clean facilities and room, washer/drier, free skincare/bath supplies, heating/AC, fridge in room, bed comfortable, close to restaurants and walking distance to station and park

Only problem was that the drier took a long time to dry but overall great stay

The room was soo cozy and comfy! I loved the bed with all of the pillows!! Bathroom was also spacious!! The staff were very kind and could speak English! I will definitely stay here again!!!

The entrance to the bathroom has a deep step so that was a little scary! Everything else was perfect!!!
