Well located, next to JR station, which will literally take you anywhere. Not to mention there's the convenience of a Toyota Car Rental right next to the hotel. This further opens up the possibilities of exploring Japan. Another plus point is the close proximity to a supermarket and shopping mall where we were able to get delicious hot food and also fruits!

I do not normally make reviews but our stay experience was exceptional hence i feel giving them a review is the least I can do It has been our 3rd time to travel to Japan but first time here in Richmond. The staff was amazing the room has enough for what you need for traveling though it doesnt have the bells and whistles that 5 Star hotels offer I feel that this hotel was more than what we need for what we paid for. The stay was amazing and moving around Tokyo and coming back to the hotel was a breeze either by train or car. What made it special was when my daughter had a medical emergency it was late in the evening and all the staff was so helpful. Shout out to the amazing ERP team and the desk on duty my daughter was in good hands. Aside from this good food and 711 was all 5min walk. This hotel is definitely our home in Tokyo

The location of the hotel is superb for us, very near to train station make it easy for us to move around to Tokyo. There is 7-11 in front of the hotel, supermarket is also close and so many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The room is very big compare to the usual room in Tokyo, we chose the double premier room with extra bed, it's big enough for 2 adult and 2 kids, the special thing is the massage chair, it really helpful during the night after so many walk during the day! All the room facilities are working well, the room is also clean and sound proof, we really enjoy our stay in there!

The staff was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The room stayed tidy and was a very convenient location. There is coin laundry in the hotel, which was very helpful for a longer stay and Grand Tree across the street was full of everything you’d need!

The elevators are sooo slow. If you’re lucky and get one at a slow time, it’s fine, but there are only two elevators in the hotel and it gets very backed up at times (especially when one is out of order). Definitely plan accordingly (I had to just take the stairs sometimes). The amenities don’t come in your room anymore, you have to go grab them from the floor by the front desk. Which is fine, but sometimes a pain with the slow elevators and after a long day out.

Fast Wifi. Averaged out to about 160 Mbps download speed any time of the day! Occasionally it disconnected but it reconnected back right after. There are 7 laundry machines and you can check their status on TV. Location wise, it is in a family oriented neighborhood. Without none of those random shops and choice of shops are not as many. It is right next to a station with express train to places like Tokyo station, Shinbashi, Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Room is big enough but layout doesn't allow to have a suitcase opened on the floor without blocking the way. Needed to rearrange things around to make it happen. Alcohol drink vending machine is cash only.

I loved everything about the hotel: - The location is amazing. We took the Narita Express directly from the airport and walked less than five minutes to the hotel. - The staff is excellent, with a special thanks to the reception and restaurant personnel. - The breakfast was exceptional, offering a huge variety of high-quality, freshly cooked Japanese food, and the staff was incredibly helpful. - The hotel has laundry machines, you can start your laundry and come back later to pick it up. - There’s a large mall right in front of the hotel with numerous restaurants inside. - The facilities are spotless. - An exchange machine is available at reception, which is really helpful since cash is often needed in Tokyo. I can’t wait to be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

A further train ride from Tokyo but so worth it! It’s a short walk from Musashikosugi station with convenience stores, shopping malls, and grocery stores close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our kids were given kids’ welcoming bags and kids slippers. Free toiletries avail at the front desk, even hair bands and shaving cream. The room was a nice size for our family of 4 with 2 young kids 7 & 10. There was even a massage chair in the room!! Breakfast was lovely. Kids enjoyed the food. The staff there were very courteous and helpful.

It is a train ride away from other central attractions but very do-able.

We used this as our home base for an extended period in Tokyo, and for our purposes it was perfect. In my opinion, this hotel is extremely fairly priced for what it has to offer. The rooms are small like you would expect in Tokyo, but very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional throughout. Breakfast was standard fare, but very good quality and the included meal tickets were much appreciated. Best of all is the location. This Richmond is in the heart of Musashi-kosugi, which is a fairly quiet area as far as this city goes, but it also has access to a wide range of shops and restaurants, especially in the Grand Tree, Foodium and LaLaTerrace which are all within a block or two of the hotel at most. Musashi-kosugi also has a very convenient train station with easy access to the main areas of Tokyo. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place to stay slightly outside of the central hustle and bustle.

It would be lovely if they had room for a fitness center inside the hotel, but do note that there are nearby Anytime Fitness gyms as well as Konami Fitness Club, which I personally visited with their reasonably priced day pass option.

Fantastic location—right next to the train station with direct access to major areas in downtown Tokyo, making it super convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The breakfast was a standout—great variety, delicious options, and the breakfast staff were especially warm and accommodating. There are plenty of food spots nearby and a large shopping mall just across the street, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort in Tokyo.

The room was big, the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. There is a massage chair in the room. At the reception you can take combs, razors, toothbrushes, tea and coffee. The room is quite despite the hotel being near a train station. That's because the windows are thick and don't open. The proximity of the hotel to the train station is very convenient, you can easily get to Tokyo and anywhere you need. A few steps from the hotel is a shopping center and various restaurants. We were very impressed with the meat restaurant. There are employees at the reception who speak English
