Very accessible to the airport with free airport shuttle. The facilities are excellent, it's everything you need. The hotel ensure always the cleanliness for hygienic purposes by providing new towels every day. I will always patronize Toyoko inn whenever i visit Japan especially their free breakfast.

I almost like everything, maybe the only thing i didn't like are the pillows, very thin,

- you can take the shuttle to the airport, it takes 10 minutes to terminal 2. The shuttle is easy to find at terminal 2 arrival. - large breakfast

- breakfast room is not so cosy - beds were not very confortable

Excellent Value and Convenience Near Narita Airport I stayed at Toyoko Inn Narita Airport before my early morning flight, and it was exactly what I needed — clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal for travelers, with a free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport that runs on time and is very easy to use. It made catching my flight stress-free and smooth. The room was compact, as expected, but very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, kettle, and a spotless bathroom. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and I had a great night’s sleep. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus — simple but fresh, with both Japanese and Western options. Great for a quick bite before heading to the airport. The staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they also offer luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive early. For anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly hotel near Narita Airport, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn. It offers great value, especially with the included shuttle and breakfast. I’ll definitely use it again for future layovers or early flights.

I love everything about the hotel except for the size of the room. The room was immaculately clean. They have fabric freshener handy to use. Check-in was so easy and fast. The hotel staff were very polite. They have so many free shuttle buses that ran every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel and back. The bus drivers and attendants were very helpful, polite and time-conscious. The bus was never late in arriving and departing. We arrived at the airport then took the shuttle bus. It was very easy to find. The breakfast was superb, there was a lot of variety or selections and they all taste so good. The dining area was massive. I love that it was so spacious so that even if there was a lot of hotel guests, the place is still not crowded. The breakfast staff were excellent, very polite and helpful and efficient. The amenities were excellent, special mention is the sanitizing closets for pyjamas. Hotel rates are great value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very clean and good quality 👌

The room is a bit small. There was not much space to open large suitcases.

The hotel has it's own free airport to hotel buses, just make sure to check time table for pick ups at each area (T1, T2, T3, Hotel). The staff at hotel & bus are super nice & trying their best with the busy environment even at night. The breakfast was an open buffet type & really great choices, it was super tasty too. The kitchen staff were always around, cleaning up, refilling things, checking on stuff, replacing things. They worked super hard & always tried to help everyone. Amenities can be found at the entrance station on the side & there is a Lawsons too for quick souvenirs or food. If it is not enough, there is a 7 11 close by which is open 24h. Room had a great sized comfy bed & shower area. It might be a bit cramped if you have a lot of lagguages

The breakfast was rather disappointing, lots of fish, rice, noodles etc. Some eggs and cereal choices would be nice as not everyone wants noodles and fish for breakfast. Coffee is very good.

The beds a quite hard so a mattress foamy would be nice. The pillows are a knda hard but tolerable. There isn’t anything around for eats or coffee. There’s no lounging area at the hotel and with checkout being early, 10am, if you have a late flight or departure there isn’t anywhere to sit and wait. We had to spend 8 hours at the airport. As taxis and other transport is so expensive options for places to hang out are limited.

Tokoyo Narita inn (I stayed ikt the Honkan past) is a massive hotel! There is a frequent shuttle to the airport. Because the hotel is so big, though, this bus was jam packed both times I travelled on it. There are several amenuties in the lobby, free use of toiletrues, of clean pyjamas, a little Lawson convenience store, microwaves to heat the food you have just bought, coin opterated laundry machines. In the room you can order pay per view movies. The noise isolation in the room is excellent. There is a free breakfast included. Apart from the scale of the hotel I was really positively impressed!

The free breakfast offered a lot of (japanese) hot dishes, e.g. fried noodles, curry, rice, soups, salted fish - but the european foods options I found a little dusappointing… white casino bread, margarine and jam… Yoghurt. Very milky scrambled egg and susages. No fruit or cereal unfortunately. The Lawson convenience store is very, very full (both with producs and with other hotel guests)! It is kind of hard to move around in.

Perfect accommodation for anyone flying out of Narita very early in the morning and you have to get to the airport before NEX starts running. Having Lawson on the ground floor is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, small of course just like most Japanese hotels, great amenities. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early so we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast.

I liked the location in particular but the price, which included breakfast and free transportation to and from airport was a great deal. The room was comfortable with amenities that made it much better. The fact of having a convenience store at the lobby, with reasonable prices, was a plus. Self check in was very easy and quick. I also liked the fact that it really seems that they care for the environment.

Breakfast was a little complicated due to the amount of people. The shower temperature control was difficult to handle, hot and cold water kept coming out at intervals so at one minute water was freezing and the next it was boiling.

The room though small is fully equipped with lots of facilities tucked in the small space ... clock, mirrors, desk, chair, kettle, cups, safe, hair dryer, slippers, shoe horn, hangers, hooks on the wall for hanging clothes, luggage rack, bedside lights ... and even have books. Very impressed as soon as we entered the room as the TV is showing lots of info and even asked us to indicate if we are having breakfast there!! Shuttles to the airport is very helpful. Marvelous buffet breakfast with fruits, salad, sausage, eggs, soup other than bread, noodles and rice.
