the location of the hotel was great, everything we needed was just under the hotel the view on the 45th floor was amazing especially at night, the room was spacious and they kept replacing the used toiletries everyday. if you do not include breakfast in your booking they give you discount vouchers for each day which was nice.

you cannot charge anything on the room if you book via booking, for example we used the laundry service, room service & the luggage transfer service and had to pay via card or cash instead of charging it on the room including daily breakfast which was a waste of time honestly.

It is very restricted place that you can stay if you are addicted to your comfort at Osaka. Location was very well, which has shopping mall and connection to Tennoji station just under your hotel with a direct elevator connected. The facilities can be examined good. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping is interested with all your requirements and bathroom amenities. Double bed furnished rooms are very good for families and enough space to stay together. Staff were very kind and well educated to serve all their guests. I requested to arrange luggage transfer which was successfully arranged and completed smooth.

The breakfast price/ advantage is good but not enough. Eventhough there are not too much good choices for international guest outside from the hotel. I am not smoking, but that kind of hotel should provide more noble cigar lounge for international guests who not obliged to apply as same as Japan culture.

Our rooms on the 45th floor had views over Osaka with the highest other buildings being about 20 stories lower so both unusual and spectacular. The reception area and central lounge as well as the breakfast area are also spectacular: amazing views, very bright and spacious and never crowded. The rooms themselves were beautifully designed and finished, especially our corner room. All had huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. Service levels were excellent.

For some reason our taxis always dropped us at the 'nondescript' street entrance door so we only discovered on departure that the correct entrance is down a ramp. However, coming in from the street did meant that the delightful surprise on emerging from the lift into the magnificent reception floor was even more dramatic!

I loved the convenient location to and from Itami airport and option to use the airport bus from a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved that the hotel was right at the Tennoji train station, and we were able to catch our train to and from locations in Wakayama prefecture very easily and then just walk to / from the hotel. The view from the room was a spectacular city view and our room was very comfortable - including the bed, bedding, pillows, shower, and amenities. I wanted to leave an item of value at the hotel before going on a multi-day hiking trek (Kumano Kodo) and the manager had given permission to leave it in a safe box for me. I didn't end up leaving it but it was excellent that I had the option and that the staff was so accommodating. We loved the tremendous and delicious breakfast buffet and views from the restaurant and the discount voucher for guests at the hotel.

Firstly, the view at the lobby and the room were so beautiful, you can see the view of the city both in the day and at night. You can also access the many malls just below the hotel at the Tennoji station. Superb location to base in. The beds are also comfortable. This is my second time staying in this hotel.

Being a 5 star hotel, the TV channels do not have international channels or YouTube or netflix. The breakfast was also disappointing, especially the Japanese section, spread was underwhelming, no sashimi, sushi erc. And omelette was bland.

Comfortable

- The reception staff where very serious and they dont smile at all and the communication is English was not very good it can be improved. - i asked for baby crib since i am traveling with two infants (less than 2 years old) and they refused to give it to me since they are above one year old alternately they provide me with unsafe piece of metal on the edge of the bed and they called it a bed guard. Its only around 20 cm high from the mattress and my kids where climbing it and falling down, the crib would be much safer and harder to climb

The location of the hotel is right above the Tennoji underground station which is extremely convenient when it comes to exploring Osaka City. There are plenty of food and shopping options around the area to explore.

Given its central location, the fact that there is an observation deck at the top of the building, and that the hotel hosts various corporate events, it may seem a little too "busy" or "crowded" for some.

The view from our room was breathtaking. It was thrilling to open the curtains each morning. The breakfast buffet was a delight, especially for a family with small children; something for everyone. (The freshly baked croissants were irresistable.) The central location near the Tennoji Zoo and Playville was very helpful for the young children in our family.

The openness of the bathroom was a bit challenging for a shared room (parent, children, and grandparents.)

Convenient location to shopping, food and JR station.

Checking in takes a long time.
