The location was good. It was close to two train stations. Several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the mall. The room was clean and they clean it everyday. I was with my wife and two of our children. We stayed in an executive twin room with two twin beds for 7 nights.

The hotel can only provide the pillows what's in the room. They cannot provide additional pillows. Our room has only two pillows total. I hope they could provide additional pillows for the comfort of their guests. The hotel's air conditioning system is not that cold cold. Our room has a fan. We stayed in the month of November and the days are cooler. Not sure during summertime.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I have never received such wonderful service! The staff were extremely helpful and very accomodating for our toddler! They provided us with a complimentary pram and umbrellas when it rained. It didn’t feel like we were just a number! They even went out of their way to make our toddler a swan made of origami which was super sweet. Super close to some amazing restaurants. Taxi was super easy to navigate even though we were foreign and didn’t speak a word of Japanese.

The mattress was so hard and we all woke up sore. My toddler kept waking telling me he had a sore back. Terrible night sleep!

Location was very nice, very close to a nice park, and walking distance to most stuff! It was also seclusive enough to not be bothered with traffic. The room was nice, though small! It was very clean!

The hallway was though filled with smoke from people smoking. Someone might also have smoked in my room, before I checked in. The room was very small, and when you might have big luggage, it will be tough to maneuver around!

Cleaning service every day -- water and clean towels. I love that I have an electric kettle in the room! coffee, tea, miso, whenever I need it. Awesome. The staff is fantastic. So patient, and willing to go out of their way to help you get around and find where you need to go.

The room was quite small for the duration of my stay - I was feeling a bit stir crazy after a few days. I would likely book a bigger room if I could, for next time. But the location was good -- between sakuragicho and hinodecho stations.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location for sight-seeing or for hitting the town. The staff are extremely friendly and fun! I am a foreigner and had many questions and the staff were more than accommodating! The rooms were very nice too.

Very nice property. Room was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was very welcome. Close to 2 stations, you can take Keiko or JR lines within a few minutes walk. Back to the airport was extremely convenient.

A little bit uphill from Hinodecho station.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with at least one english speaker available. It is a quick walk to Hinodecho Station on the Keiku Main Line.

Basic hotel room with one extra bed to accommodate the third person. It is possible to do laundry in this hotel. We washed our clothes after arriving. There are vending machines available in the lobby and also in the hotel room floor

Hotel carpet floor was really worn out and dirty. Room was tight and small. Quite expensive for one night and no breakfast included.

This is one of my go to places in Yokohama. Clean, well maintained. Staff is great, location is close to entertainment, close to the train station- direct shot from haneda. I keep coming back.

Just a bit of a walk uphill to get to the hotel from the train station, but good exercise !
