The location was exactly what we were looking for - right by a train station with two main lines running through it so we could get almost anywhere in central Tokyo easily. The neighborhood is downtown but not touristy - most people we saw on the streets were locals and there are tons of small restaurants within blocks of the hotel. If you're willing to walk, it's a 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, 30 minutes to Asakusa (Senso-ji Temple area) or to Ueno. Staff was very helpful, many of them spoke English, and they assisted us with how to do laundry in the hotel and also shipped our suitcases for us to our next hotel when we checked out. We chose this hotel both for the location and because we wanted a less expensive base in Tokyo from which to explore. It exactly met that description. We stayed in one of the Japanese-style rooms (on the top floor) and even had a view of the SkyTree from our (small) window.

The room was a bit small, but we expected that because it's Tokyo and that's how it is unless you pay a small fortune. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a modest hotel with a friendly staff and a great location, this is a great choice.

Very near to the train station and the hotel is next to Lawson’s convenient store. Price is very reasonable as it was very close to town. About 10-15mins walk to Akihabara so there were nights when we didn’t need the train to go back

The room was a bight tight probably because we had 2 large carrier cases and the washer/dryer were pretty packed so recommend to book through reception first

The area is nice, the subway is very close and many things are within walking distance. There are some restaurants nearby and many convenience shops (including one inside the hotel). Conveniently located to reach the airport, it takes around 1h15mins but with a direct train. The hotel is clean and the room is not excessively small, the bathroom even had a bathtub. The staff is also friendly.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people, but it was no surprise since it was stated in the room description. It would also be nice to have some more space to hang the clothes. If you smoke, keep in mind that there isn't a smoking area in/near the hotel. Overall everything was good.

The front desk staff were fantastic with their friendly service and helping out between the language barrier which is always helpful since that situation is a stressful thing to think about. Checking in/out was smooth, fast and pleasant with no problems occurring. Location wise, its phenomenal being only a street away from the nearest station. Making it fast and hassle free to get to all my desired destinations. The Lawson located on the front side came in clutch for my late night snacks or early bird breakfast to get my day started. Another point to mention is the routine house keeping, making sure by the time I arrive back at the end of the day it's like I just got there on day one. with fresh towels, newly made bed and keeping up with my trash/recyclables I really appreciated all the staff and their commitment on satisfaction for all situations. This is my second time staying at this specific spot and I'm sure this wont be my last.

Everything met my expectations tenfold, so I cant complain on anything.

Room is reasonably clean, it is small as expected, but I was still able to open one luggage after rearranging the chair a bit. They also provide toiletries items like toothbrush, slippers, facial cleansing oil, cleansing cream, toner and cream which is out of my surprise, this is a bonus for those who didn't bring their own. There is a free laundry next to the elevators, there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. If you didn't have your own laundry liquid/power, it cost 100yen to buy from the reception, if I remembered it correctly. The hotel is located at an excellent location, JR station and metro are within 1 minute walk. There is a Lawson contacted to the hotel lobby, if it ran out of the stuff you want to buy, there are another Lawson and a 7-11 just one block away. Not to mention there are a Matsumoto Kiyoshi and a Cocokara Fine right next to the JR station, extremely convenient for those who needed to do last minute shopping at the drugstore. When we left to the airport in the morning, it was during rush hour to work, so it was impossible to get on the train, not to mention we have two luggages with us. We ended up getting a taxi right outside of the JR station, and it only costs 1500 yen to go to Ueon Stations to catch the Skyliner. So I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to everything and it won't break your bank account.

There is a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, not sure if it's from the toilet or the sink, I didn't smell it from our bedroom once we close the bathroom door. We didn't think it was necessary to report, after all, we were out all day, the time we spent in the bathroom was limited, and we couldn't smell it when we shower, so we just let it go.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the amenities were a good addition, the staff was nice and welcoming and the location was nice and quiet yet close to a station+close to akihabara by foot. There are plenty of cool local izakayas around and plenty of convinienis (one lawson shares a door with the reception!)

1. The rooms are small (but so it is in Japan so i was prepered). 2 big suitcases were a lot to handle and most of the week we needed to jump over one to get into the room. 2.Although the washing machines and dryers are free to use (which i am greatful for), the dryers dont work so well and it takes a long time to dry and causes a traffic jam. I think it should be controlled by the reception (timing wise) so i wont have to fight over a dryer at 2 am.

The hotel is to be a solid choice for travelers with big luggage. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it incredibly easy to get there and back, which was a huge plus. The room, while on the smaller side, was comfortable and offered good value for the money. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this place delivers.

However, I did have a less favorable experience with the convenience store on the premises. The staff member (a male) there always seemed to be in a rush and was not particularly friendly towards tourists. This interaction was a bit disappointing, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience of my stay.

The staff was super friendly and tried their best to make our accommodation as best as possible. We checked in our luggage for free 4 hours before our check in and they even moved it in our room before we arrived. In the first look the room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but when you realize that everything is designed to be in the reach of your hand, you enjoy every inch of it. The location is the best we could ask for. 1 minute away from the closest train station, going straight to Akihabara, and 3 minute walk from the station going to both airports. It has many restaurants nearby and I would definitely recommend the King of Gioza, 2 minutes away from the Hotel. Btw Akihabara is 10 minutes walk, so you can easily come back even after a late night out. The cleaning staff was coming every day after we left the room and changed sheets, towels and even the pajamas, toothbrushes, and the slippers. They even tidy and cleaned our room. Every day. That's the best we could ask for and we really appreciate it. In the 1f the have the laundry, which is a game changer in a Hotel, because we were in Tokyo during the typhoon period and it was raining all the time. However, maybe the instruction manual in English, could be better. Especially the time needed. Furthermore there's a back door, going straight to a convenient store for last time shopping before sleeping if you forgot smth or for breakfast.

The location is the best, but if you are out at night, maybe you could encounter rats eating the garbage of the restaurants. We met 3 times and it was definitely smth we disliked.

The location and the price! Provide amenities required too! We booked for a no daily housekeeping options and with over 5 days stay, so we got a great deal! You can hand the trash and exchange towels via the reception during the stay. But in the middle of our stay, they arrange a cleaning for us too. Location wise is near the West Exit of JR Line (yellow one, which connects to Akihabara) and 6mins walk to Toei Asakusa Metro line. The highlight is, Toei Asakusa Metro line can directly reach HANEDA AND NARITA Airport✌🏻 (No transit needed, save the hassle!) Also, Lawson directly at the lobby of the hotel, nearby you got family mart and 7-11 too! Also Aeon mini market just opposite, if you want more local choices. Definitely will be back!!!

The room is commonly small as other hotels in Tokyo, and also not sound-proof. The hotels room hallway is small and not air-conditioned, is directly connected to the staircases (without door) For summer, I think is ok, dont know about other weather.

I love this hotel! Firstly, it was because the staff was very friendly. The location is very strategic, 1 min walk to Asakusabashi Station and have convenient store just next to it. The facilities work perfectly. I can view Tokyo SkyTree from our room.

The size of the room. It's quite crowded for us 2 adults and a baby, plus 2 luggage and a stroller. Don't have enough space to put the iron board on the table. I need to do the ironing on my bed.
