We stayed in this hotel for one night before flying back home. The hotel is very near train stations, including Tokyo Station (bullet train). It's near Ginza and Tsukiji fish market. It is also a short taxi ride to Tokyo City Airport Terminal where we took airport limousine bus to Haneda Airport. Haneda is 30 mins away via bus, while Narita is 60 mins away. The old man in the reception was extra nice and gave a small souvenir toy to my daughter before we left.

I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, bed was comfortable, very quiet. I didn't try the breakfast though as my kids are fussy eaters so we just used the local shops which is literally across the street. 15 mins walk from Tokyo Station If you arrived in tokyo station, look for the Yaesu Central exit, cross the street, and walk straight ahead. You can't miss the hotel. Lots of lovely local restaurants that we tried too.

- Location was great. Walking distance to train stations, Tsukiji markets, restaurants and nice walks around nearby canal/river parks. 7/11 and Lawson's convenience stores nearby. - Room was a good size for Japan (twin room) with a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower good. - Staff friendly and responsive. We stayed 5 nights and had an issue with a noisy neighbour on the floor above on the second night. The reception staff moved us to another room for the remaining nights of our stay.

- Breakfast was not included in our room rate so we paid extra which we thought was expensive.

Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciate the daily eco cleaning, amenities bar at the lobby, free coffee and tea, and of course the friendly and courteous staff!

On our last day, we were mistakenly checked out an hour earlier so we couldn’t use our key cards to access the elevators and our room. The front desk staff did their best to help us, though.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet location with some 24/7 convenience stores nearby where you can grab snacks and coffee. Just 15 min walk from Tokyo station. Nice place if you need to be early at the Tokyo station.

There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea or coffee :( the beds occupied almost all the space of the room so it was a bit challenging to unpack the suitcases to find some stuff.

Very clean and comfortable. Large beds (said single but more like double). Wonderful range of amenities. Pajamas, slippers and toothbrushes all provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Hachobori station.

Would’ve loved it if breakfast was included. Nothing else - it was fantastic!

The location was close to a metro stop and a 15-20 minute walk from Tokyo station. There was a grocery store, Family Mart, and restaurants nearby. Staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Japan trip.

I think the transit from airports might be easier at a different location. We took a Skyliner from Narita to Tokyo Station and then took a taxi (1,000 yen). It worked and was smooth enough to where we are repeating it, though.

The hotel is very well located, close to metro stops and the main train station. We felt like it was really good value for money, and the room has everything you could need. There was a free toiletries bar in the reception in case you forgot to bring anything, and coffee, tea and a water dispenser.

The room was on the small side, but it did not feel cramped so it's not really a complaint.

All the staff were lovely, very smiley and helpful. The older gentleman in reception was so sweet and helpful even with limited English. The communication before arrival was very good. The room was spacious for a family of four. Very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. Right opposite a metro station and about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station (approx JPY1,400 taxi) There was a view of the river from our room. The area is a business area but peaceful (for Tokyo), and we felt comfortable walking around. The laundry room was very useful, especially with two under 5s. The restaurant downstairs was good for the first day, but options were plentiful around the area. Every floor also had a microwave to use. Overall, it was a great stay and value for money. We would stay again.
