Walking distance to Hibiya Line, Hatchobori Station takes like 5mins. 1 Stop away to Tsukiji Station and 5 Stop away to Akihabara Station from Hatchobori Station Hibiya Line. Bus stop across the street, Shinkawa 2-chome to Tokyo Station. Multiple convenient store in the vicinity, 7-Eleven, Lawson. Cheap breakfast at Nakau across the street.

Have to detour to Shinjuku if want to utilize Odakyu passes such as Hakone Kamakura Pass, Kamakura Pass.

The apartment is equipped with an electric stove and a washing machine. They are really appreciated. Being vegetarians, it's very difficult to find proper food in a menu in most restaurant in Japan. We need to find a place where we can make simple meals. The location is great. Bus stops are nearby. Going to Tokyo station is much easier by taking the buses that are nearby or walking instead of getting lost in the metro.

The room is kind of small but that's understandable. It has no lift (elevator)

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Tokyo. Yet, it is conveniently located- near to the Hatchobori train station connecting to Tokyo, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants all around.

The property manager was hard to contact. There is no elevator. The flight of stairs is very narrow when managing to bring up luggages.

The location was just perfect for us. Very convenient to all major transport routes in west Tokyo, in less than 30 minutes you can go to Ueno, Ginza, Tokyo Central station, the Imperial palace zone, Tsukiji market, and Tokyo Disneyland is just a little above 40 min away. The area is residential, quiet and safe, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and combinis. It is also nice to walk around because of the canals, bridges and large walkways. The apartment itself had space for a king-size bed and a second single bed which have very comfortable matrasses, a small table/dining area, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a decent size bathroom. It has a large wardrobe space which is unusual in Tokyo, good for store luggage without having it around in the room. It is equipped with a nice tv, good quality air-conditioning, good quality wi-fi, good soundproofing and everything felt brand new and good quality. Honestly, one of the best locations we had in Japan.

Not a problem for us, but the flats have stairs-only access with no elevator in the building.

In-unit laundry, spacious bathroom with functional kitchen. Contactless check-in and check-out. Location is on a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to metro station near restaurants and convenient stores.

The bed linens and towels were thin.

The apartment is conveniently located, well-equipped and very functional for our 3-days stay. Close to the metro station of Hatchobori and at 20min walking distance from Tokyo Station. It's not manned but check-in info got clearly communicated 1 hour before check-in time. Size is ok (given Tokyo standards).

Brown linen are not the best to communicate cleanliness, white would be much better.

Nice area, close to the train station and only 1 station away from Tokyo station. Facilities were very nice and clean. There were convenience stores less than 2 minutes walk

Had to carry our luggage 4 floors up using the stairs. In the property, there were still stairs going up 1 floor to the kitchen and then toilet was downstairs. After the first day, the rest was great. It was really just difficult going up with heavy luggage

Location is convenient for people traveling between Makuhari Messe and Akihabara. Close to both Lawson and 7-11. Easy to get to from Haneda Airport.

Emergency Exit door at first floor should be converted to an Exit-only door. 1st floor entry door opens awkwardly and blocks smooth path to stairs when open. Cannot recommend for people with movement limitations as there are no lifts.

Quite spacious for this price and walking distance to the train station and Ginza

Couldn’t find a nice good food store near (just 7/11 and so on), but it didn’t impact the impression of the place.

I was unable to access the door and keys, but they provided a good support via email and and phone call. also, the location and the support from the staff as well as the quality of products given and other facilities were good.
