This was by far the best hotel we had during our trip. We were relocated to this place due to our previous hotel cancellation, and I was very pleased that we were able to stay in this place. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean, with everything we needed. We had 4 suitcases and had plenty of extra space. The lighting was perfect, the bathroom and the automatic toilet were impeccable, and the view was amazing, even getting a tiny bit of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower by the distance, and depending on the room you can also get the Sky Tree. We stayed on the 18th floor, which is part of the premium floors, and it also gave us access to their 24/7 lounge with lots of incredible options of free snacks and drinks, besides the free ice creams we could get with the coins they provided us. The location was perfect, the subway was literally on the underground level of the same building, and the JR station was just across the street. With a Bookoff and 7-11 in the same building, as well as a gym. I would easily stay in this hotel again, can't recommend it enough.

We liked the location - it was easy to move around and in a very central neighborhood. Few steps from the hotel there is a really nice bar where we had lovely drinks and had a lovely time. Also, 7eleven at the ground floor is always a plus. Train station is really close and although the bed was a bit small (my husband is 2M tall...) it was very comfortable.

I did not like that we could not open the window too much - but I see that being a thing common around all hotels.

This hotel was very well located and directly next to the train station. There was an excellent steakhouse next door as well as a beautiful view of the Tokyo sky tree. If you have a lot of luggage they will store it for you in the lobby if you have a late flight and need a place to store your luggage. The room is not huge but that is expected in Tokyo. As long as you don't have four luggages like we did, you will have plenty of comfort and space. There is a bar in multiple restaurants within the building and I feel that you will enjoy your stay.

location was exceleent. unfortunately I had to leave early at 6am without breakfast

The payment information from BOOKING.COM was confusing. I received an email stating 'pay until ...', so I thought the payment would be automatically deducted from my credit card two days before check-in. However, I later found out that I still needed to pay upon check-in. I'm not sure if Booking.com charged my credit card for the first reservation, which was supposed to be paid upon booking, or not.

The location was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great access to konbini, train station and local shopping malls. Easy access to laundry services; either do it yourself or send ask staff to do for you for a fee. The elevator waiting area had the most spectacular view of the Skytree.

It’s not a huge thing. But the pillows were so uncomfortable we had to go to ikea to get others or we would never have gotten any sleep.

The location is phenomenal. It's connected to the metro station directly. A major JR station is right next to the hotel too. There are multiple department stores and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. You can spend a whole day just in the vicinity there. The room is very modern and the bathroom is designed much better than a typical business hotel. The desk is large and is fantastic for work. You would have a clear view of the SkyTree if you have a room facing that direction.

Staff doesn't speak much English, especially considering that it's in Tokyo. The room is a bit small as the desk occupies a disproportionally large area. Taller people may find the bed a bit too short.

The location of the hotel on the Z line train station is really excellent, a little outside the ring one stop away. It is a 5-minute walk from another station, which is really, really convenient. The rooms are a bit crowded but not bad, the cleanliness is fine, they give you a robe and new pajamas and towels every day. There is a really nice lounge for the premium rooms and unlimited ice cream.

Rooms are quite spacious for tokyo hotels especially the room in the advert which our son and 2 children stayed in, was very spacious and newly decorated with a table and chairs for relaxing, great view of the sky tree

Dont usually get anyone to come in the room to clean but dont like the fact that they only do economy? clean for 2 or 3 days stay, (they dont make beds just vacuum etc)

The location is great, close to the Kinshicho stations and shopping areas. Although the room wasn't cleaned they left clean towels and water bottles every day.

The room (single bed) including the bathroom was a bit small. I was a lone traveler but am small/short so it was okay, but if you are tall and big person, it may not feel comfortable. Also there are two elevators but they are so slow.

Excellent location with easy access to both the JR and Metro trains. Plenty of places to shop and eat. We loved that there was an Airport Limousine bus from Haneda Airport that went directly to Kinshicho Station given the limited airport buses from airport to the hotels nearby. It was great that the guest services area on the lobby floor provided free water, coffee and tea 24hrs.

Outdated unit bathroom style. The closet area was way to narrow and near the door. Really no space for luggage. No business center however, there is a convenience store located on the 1F of the building if you need to copy or printout documents.
