The hotel was clean, and very well positioned, the Staff was super-friendly and helpful, going even beyond their duties on our requests. Communication was ok and any small language issue was easily overtaken through technology.

As many already said, the only issue is the room size/organization. There is literally not space to leave a suitcase horizontal/open resulting in yourself closing it everytime and having to put it on the bed every day to use it. Also no closet, but that's normal. Overall, feasible anyway, just a bit annoying :) As a not strictly thin person I was also scared about the bed size which seemed small from photos, that instead is not true, beds are absolutely ok.

The staff was extremely nice, responsive, and helpful. They helped me with luggage forwarding and returned something I had left an item upon check-out the week before, housekeeping turned it in, and I was able to pick it up which really saved me! It was a decent-sized room for twin beds, but if you're sharing it with someone who snores loudly then the beds might be a too close. The location was convenient enough but not the most convenient if you have a lot of heavy luggage, I was able to manage since I didn't have much but it is still a 5-10 min walk from Ginza Station.

The air conditioning unit had mold in it.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. We arrived earlier then check in time but were able to leave our luggages with them till then. At the end of our trip we had to borrow the vaccum, which the staff were happy to lend us. Location was great, it's pretty central between all the main attractions Tokyo has to offer. There's a fantastic ramen place that's opened till very late right across the hotel, highly reccomend giving them a go. The whole hotel itself was very clean. If you've got any dirty clothes they have coin washing machines and dryers. Our room was small, but that was expected as most hotels in Tokyo are small/tight, but we made it work.

Functional, well located, walking distance and metro close by. Coffee place Doutor next door, mini markets close by. Possibility of eating at the hotel lobby, coffee, tea, water complimentary. Microwave, table and chairs for eating, available for guests. Laundry facilities. Many different toiletries available for free. Humidifier in the room, bath tub.

Breakfast always the same, too boring for 7 mornings. But coffee place for breakfast is very nice!

The room was clean and comfy, communication with staff was easy, straightforward and polite. The location is really nice, basically one block from Ginza, it is also close to the Tokyo Metro, which is handy. Cafe at the base level is also very nice.

The room I picked was somewhat small for two people with luggage, it was a bit of a struggle to pack ourselves before checkout. However, on a plus side - this kind of space forces you to explore more and sit in hotel less :) I'd still consider this hotel in my next trip, yet I'd go for a bigger room.

The staff was nice. There were a few men in their 20s that were extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean. I liked the toiletries available in the lobby, though I did not need any. The tea and coffee selection was simple, and all you’d need. Location is close to great food, shopping, and train stations.

I could feel some of the other staff were pretty annoyed with foreigners. I believe I was polite, but was shy with my greetings in Japanese so I stuck with English. Other travelers were more abrasive in terms of loudness and their requests, which I could sense this bothered some of the staff. You can see it on their faces. I wouldn’t say this was a bad thing, but I felt the built up irritation. The bed was extremely firm for my taste. It did have a lite pillow top under the mattress cover, but it wasn’t enough for me.

Though it is a typical hotel at the heart of Ginza, Tokyo's shopping district, the lobby and the availability of chairs for personal use made my stay more comfortable and homey. The lobby also had free coffee and water. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay there again given the opportunity.

I think it may be impossible to complain about the size of the hotel room, but it is the size of a typical Japanese hotel room, considering that it is at the heart of Tokyo. If the size of the hotel room could be bigger, then that would be very much appreciated.

Perfectly located hotel in Ginza, near the metro station and several restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive and polite. The reception area has a coffee and tea station that also included a microwave, which is very convenient. Excellent bathroom facilities, good soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room is cleaned every day and they’ll change the bedsheets upon request. The room is small but more than adequate since we spent most time out.

The pillows are definitely something to be improved, it was hard as a rock. I requested an extra one and they advised they don’t have softer ones. We stayed for a whole week so it made sleeping a challenge. Also, due to the size of the room, there is no wardrobe or drawers, just a couple of hangers up against a wall.

Centrally located in a nice area of Ginza and very close to Higashi-Ginza station. Very clean and modern. We stayed at the hotel for a week after which we travelled for a week to Osaka. At a charge, the hotel offered the service to transfer our luggages to the next hotel which was great.

The rooms were very small with no space to store your clothing so long stays can be a bit of a problem. Breakfast was only available from an adjoining cafeteria but it was very limited in choice.

Great location near Ginza close to the tube stops. Lots of shops and food outlets near by. Easy to get around the rest of Tokyo from this location. Room on the smaller side but was expected. Ideal for one but would have been a squeeze for two of us with luggage etc as only small fold out stand for one suitcase and that was across little entrance to room and limited hanging space. Hotel was quiet and very clean. It was a great hotel to stay at for marathon weekend.

Handheld shower that doubled as washbasin tap. It worked ok and was quite powerful but it needed to be held to shower under as the little hooks on the wall didn't keep it in place very well. Showerhead would turn so water spraying up against the wall rather than overhead.
