Location was excellent very easy to get transport. Nice quiet area but with loads of amenities nearby. Family mart in walking distance which was great. The rooms were super clean, they cleaned every day and gave us fresh towels and toiletries as needed. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great and curtains were black out so I slept perfectly throughout my stay, there is also little/no noise at night as its a quite area.

The rooms are very small as they are everywhere in Japan, and rose stay actually had slightly bigger rooms than other hotels. So for two people it’s a tight squeeze so I would advise getting a big room if you are planning to have suitcases open and shop plenty.

- I was surprised with the size of the room and expected a cramped room for a family of 3, but the room was surprisingly spacious and had room for our luggages - Very generous with toiletries and also had free soup at the lobby in the 2nd floor - The location is accessible to train stations - Staff at the reception are very accommodating and helpful

- The bed could have been softer. - The main light at the center of the room is too bright. - The trash bin in the bathroom is very small

A very impressive place - well organised - room was great plenty big enough with a proper desk.Very good bed, and nice bathroom. Couldn't ask for more. And the breakfast (or lunch if you wanted it) in the area off the reception was really nice - good food happy staff and a view of activities outside. Brilliant. And reception was friendly and efficient - little freebies (coffee etc) were OK. Location was better than expected really - I thought it would be a bit off the main drag but it was fine with nearby station, and walking distance to the fabulous Tokyo Tower.

Nothing really. We chose not to be in a noisy area, and it was certainly quiet. Could have done without the rain.

The restaurant in the lobby level offered fantastic food with god value for money, saved our life upon lunch time arrival as check in would happen a bit later. Proximity to different metro stations and particularly one with entrance just 50m away made it fairly convenient to hop in the network. Window with view of Tokyo Tower was a nice aspect to have. Quiet rooms were clean, bed and linen comfortable for a nice sleep.

Limited English by the staff which were not quite a surprise required some effort to make yourself understood but was not a true main issue. Lighting in our room with blinds not fully blocking could be improved. Typical japanese small'ish rooms so be ready to optimise and juggle your movements within the limited space in the room.

Fairly convenient location, located right in front of a smaller train station (Shibakoen Station). Close enough to many different combinis which makes getting snacks super easy. The room is equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a straight forward process and room service comes around every day, unless requested otherwise.

View wasn't that amazing from the room we had, directly facing into an office-type building. Elevators were also quite slow, and it was mandatory for it to stop at the second floor every single ride, which made it even slower.

The location was good because of travel connections we needed to other parts of the city. It's just opposite from a bigger, more luxurious hotel, the Celestine where my friends were staying. A short walk to Mita station, and a short walk to some parks and a temple. The place was immaculately clean. Room was small (as usual for Tokyo), smaller than the Celestine, but had everything necessary, and even a desk space for work. Bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet. At the time of writing there is building work going on in the next block so the window looks onto cranes, but I was never bothered by the noise or anything. Staff were helpful.

There was a Szechuan place for lunch and dinner on the second floor which looked OK, I didn't try. But no breakfast option (this didn't matter to me). The hotel is more for solo business stays than for pleasure.

This hotel is pretty close to a metro station as well as within 15 minutes of a train station. The staff were very helpful and kind, helped me with my problems when I needed. The rooms are big enough for one person and its clean with a good view of the Tokyo tower (especially beautiful at night). Amenities were self supplied, meaning If you needed a razor, a hairbrush or Just another cup of coffee, you could take them in front of the front desk. I had a good experience here and can recommend this hotel.

If you want a quiet area, here is the place. Hotel located around business/office area (I think), so less busy here. Not much cars or crowded where you can enjoy walking around this area. If you're travelling anywhere in Tokyo, just make sure you end up in Mita Line and stop at Shibakoen Station and take the A1 exit to head to hotel. We made a mistake by stopping at Akabanebashi Station (Oedo Line) as we thought the distance is not too bad, but nope especially with luggages. Family Mart and Lawson (need to walk further up from Family Mart) are nearby, so it's easier to find a late-night snacks.

Location was within walking distance to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and the reception staff were very friendly and approachable. I cannot speak Japanese that well so I greatly appreciated their level of English proficiency. While we did not need any cleaning of the room during our stay, the staff were kind to leave fresh towels for us daily.

No major concerns. The only minor issue is that the entry to the hotel is on the first floor while the lobby is on the second floor. It seems that the elevators are programmed to stop on the lobby level (second floor) regardless of any passengers entering/exiting the elevator on that floor. The visit was overall still a very positive one and will be happy to return.

The room on the Rose Floor was very comfortable. The amenities in the lobby were great and the coin laundry was clean and available whenever I needed to do laundry. The location is ideal for those who want to stay away from the busier cities but want to access the train and subway lines for sight seeing.

The room safe was too small and I couldn't get it to work. There is no way for an ipad or a reader to fit in it. The fridge was on the smaller size and could have been a bit larger. Overall very minor things and the stay was excellent.
