We really enjoyed our stay here! We really loved the design of the hotel and room! The size of our room was 26m2 and it was perfect for me and my sister. The room was clean! It didn’t feel stuffy or small and we loved the colour palette of the room! The shower pressure was perfect and it made showering during the winter something we didn’t dread🙈. The snacks you could purchase on the lobby floor became a frequent and we would go down in at middle of the night and buy snacks. One time we even sat at the seating area and it was super comfy just chatting and eating snacks! The hotel feels safe and the staff are all lovely! Also i love how the hotel needs a card access to enter the building when it’s past a certain time (makes me feel safe). Overall we loved our stay and we’re planning to stay here again when we come to Tokyo! Forgot to mention the location is great!

The hotel was located close to two metro stations and within walking distance from the fish market. The staff was friendly and the bed comfortable. The room we got on the 3rd floor was very quiet. There is a washer/drier available in the basement. However it was so busy (even at 6:30am!!) that we never managed to do laundry. The hotel provides very comfortable pyjamas.

The rooms were on the smaller side, with no closet for storing the clothes. The 6 hangers they provided were ok, but we definitely had to get creative to make room and not live literally out of the suitcases.

Premium location. Nice bedding. Big Window with 2 layers of curtains. Bathtub is comfy as deep. Detailed daily cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for late check out.

Breakfast was impressive with multi culture mixture at the first day, however it became less attracting after staying 5 days with same food. Can be improved with daily special or rotation of menus. 3 laundry machines are definitey not enough at peak hour. 2 hours waiting for a W/D cycle plus up to 40 minutes waiting time to have staff unlock it to remove finished load from some naughty customers. No space for 24" & 28" luggages. Should consider storage area such as underneath sofa or bed. The colour of hallway are a bit creepy in all salmon orange & all wasabi green when comes back at midnight. Would feel more comfortable mixed with bright colour. Can't drink coffee or tea at lobby waiting area. Hope this can be solved with rules.

great location; loved the public bath and laundry facility

You can check washing machine status on the TV inside the room, but people didn't come to get their laundry in time and we had to wait for more than 30min for someone to come and only to find out they were adding drying time......orz. The staff said they would pick up the laundry and store it at the front desk if unclaimed after 45min, but it'd be better if there is a way to notify the owner when it's done so other people didn't have to suffer the wait.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is modern and things are well maintained and up to date. Staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are a decent size for Tokyo, though a bit tight for 2 suitcases, but they fit. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices and spacious area, much better than we've encountered elsewhere in Tokyo. The place smells nice and is meticulously clean. Thank you

Clean and well maintained. Onsen is a huge plus. In the heart of Ginza, making it easy to walk everywhere. Self check-in, just scan in your passport. Helpful staff on hand to provide assistance.

Quite a distance from main JR line so if you travel to other parts of Tokyo, it is a hassle to get back to your hotel as you have to walk quite a bit and it felt a long while especially when you are tired at the end of the day.

The location is perfect. One of the most elite areas of Tokyo. It is an extremely safe and enjoyable area. Subway stations are very close. The rooms and bed are huge by Tokyo standards. It was the widest double bed I've ever stayed in. And the thing we loved the most was the wonderful smell of the hotel. If I go again, I would definitely stay. It felt like home. *****When we were checking out of the hotel, we asked the reception to call a taxi on the last day. One of the ladies working at the reception gave us a number and said that we could call it using the hotel phone. Unfortunately, we could not find a taxi that would carry 4 people and 4 suitcases. While we were desperately trying to find alternative solutions to go to Yokohama port, the receptionist named Subin Khadka came to our rescue and helped us. As a person who owns a company in the service sector, no matter how many stars your company has, having an employee who takes ownership of the customer's problem and solves it immediately is more valuable than anything else. Subin Khadka is a great asset to The Royal Park hotels. He crowned our trust in The Royal Park hotel. He is forever engraved in my and my family's memories as a hero who saved our day. We would also like to express our endless gratitude to him from here.

The hotel really needs to upgrade washing machine and dryer machine facilities. İt is not enough at all and not in perfect conditions (too small and washing and drying together is not really good) to wash the clothes and dry. The was a long waiting queue. I saw people are sitting on the floor in front of the laundry door :) )

A lovely hotel, spacious rooms for Tokyo with plenty of room for luggage. Great location in Ginza, just a short walk to train stations, close to shops and many food options nearby. So close to the fish markets too! The kind reception staff helped us order a taxi at 4:30am for an early flight. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely clean modern hotel conveniently located close to train lines. After a long day of walking, i looked forward to relaxing in the public bath house. Room is spacious and shower water pressure is good ! Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
