The hotel is beautiful. It is located in the mountain surrounded by nature and other boutique hotels and residential area The view is amazing The room was very nice, luxurious and quiet We didn't know it was low season (we went in August) but was good as it was extra quiet The staff is very friendly and helpful Breakfast was also very good (tasty and very good variety)

Beautiful secluded jungle location. High in hills of Puerto Vallarta with views of the ocean from every window. You can see parrots and hear other birds calling to one another and enjoy the beautiful pools and swim up bar.

Didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the amenities.

The breakfast oferings were excellent. Overall the hotel Staff were the best. The location provided breathtaking views of Banderas Bay and of Puerto Vallarta. Our assigned room on the 8th floor was impecably clean and the view spectacular.

The Hotel Management did not probide adequate planing for the restaurant and food services of the hotel considering that the Hotel scheduled closing for an extended period and the Menu selections were unavailable in most items and the snacks services by the pool were closed.

Amazing location (far from the romantic zone), and in a very pretty residential area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and changed every day; I would certainly go back for the food alone. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. 5-star service. Clean throughout and the suites were very well equipped (fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plates, cups, glasses and silverware). Very large rooms=incredible value for the money).

The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the ride company they arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs through is an absolute scam. They charge you 80 USD for a fake luxury ride RT, when an Uber will cost you 10 one way.

We were blown away by this property. Only a 1 night stay but we wish it was longer. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Our view of the ocean was jaw dropping, but even more so was the view from the rooftop terrace and infinity pool. Breakfast is self-serve and we enjoyed the large selection of hot dishes. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the rooftop terrace. There was live music and beauty views of Puerto Vallarta (with a fireworks show). The chef was considerate of my dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. They took care of us as soon as we walked through the door until we had to sadly leave. Huge shout outs to Fransisco (front desk) and Luis (bell man) for making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view was incredible since our room overlooked the ocean/pools. The staff was so friendly and helped answer all of our questions. Every night the staff would drop off chocolate and a bottle of water for each guest. I really appreciated this. 10/10 would recommend it for anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta!

I liked everything about this hotel. I have zero complaints. The only thing I will say is that the location of the hotel isn't near the main attractions like the Malecon so be prepared to make a 20-25 min drive. This wasn't a problem for me though as I prefer to stay in hotels that are quieter. Uber is available and the hotel always offers transportation.

The room view and the view from Eugenia's terrace were spectacular. Easy, inexpensive access by taxi to most anywhere. Bellboys Alberto, Luis, Salvador, and Mario provided exceptionally prompt and courteous service, actually welcoming us "home" upon return from our tours. Joel and "The Destroyer" went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we had the best stay possible.

The Eugenia Terrance was mostly closed due to private events and the The Gin Joint bar was never open. The main jacuzzi was broken, only one side worked and the water was lukewarm at best. The jacuzzi in the "La Terraza" pool area worked but the water was cold. We had to ask for housekeeping most days, even after placing a request on the door) and they never came before 4 pm. We were told that housekeeping came twice a day with bed turn down service in the evening. We received the turn down service once in five days. Used towels were removed and not replaced. We booked a Junior Suite and then upgraded to the Grand Junior Suite which provided a better view and more pleasing layout.

The view is incredible - absolutely stunning from every area of the property. Very peaceful setting and a perfect escape! A taxi is necessary to get to/from town, but it's a quick 10-15 minute drive and roughly $5 so not a crazy inconvenience. Well worth it if you want to really want a serene getaway from the tourist scene. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the Spa was worth every penny!

Disappointed that the Gin Joint (rooftop bar) was closed for the rainy season. There was no mention of it not being open this time of year on the website, unfortunately. They did say we could get drinks at the restaurant and take them up to the roof (area was still open and accessible), but it wasn't quite the same experience.

Hotel was very nice, well kept; Views were exceptional; Several pools, friendly and helpful staff. Overall a wonderful stay.

Food options at the hotel were somewhat limited.

Excellent location with spectacular sea view and beautiful roof top pool for adults only and very nice restaurant with friendly resort.

Breakfast was Ok. Strangely, there were five different fruit juices offered for free, along with filtered coffee as libitum but no free clean water. We asked for water, were given a 500ml bottle of Evian at 6 USD! We are savvy travelers and must say that we have never experienced hotel breakfast without offer of free of charge clean water.
