I stayed one night at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and it was so much fun!! Our room had this amazing ocean view. The music around the hotel was nonstop and gave the whole place such a fun, energetic vibe. The staff were super nice, and there was always something going on, from cool drinks to fun by the pool. Even though it was just one night, it felt like a mini vacation packed with good vibes and pretty views. Totally recommend if you wanna have a good time and feel like a rockstar.

Honestly, I just wish I could’ve stayed longer, one night wasn’t enough. I definitely want to come back for a full weekend next time.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the vibe was super fun. Our room was huge, and we got to enjoy the jacuzzi with an ocean view. We played in a pool tournament, which was a blast, and at night there was a really cool African-themed show! All the staff were super friendly, and they even surprised us with chocolate-covered strawberries and wine! Definitely one of the best nights, we totally wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The night shows were great. Food was average. The drinks service was great. The rooms were clean.

The long wait to eat at the restaurants during dinner time especially Toro steak restaurant. We didn't get wash cloths for three days, each day we called they will say we wait for 20 minutes but still they never provided us the wash clothes. On our last night at the hotel I asked to talk to the manager that is when they brought us the wash clothes.

One thing everyone should know, beware of Legendary Member. It's a fraud, an absurdity for a name like Hard Rock Hotel to have such a thing on its premises. Unfortunately, I'll have to call my law firm to cancel and get our money back, but we're going to go back even in the US directly against the brand, after all they were inside.

We had a lovely weekend get away with my best friend, we had an amazing lagoon view room that captured the Cancun sunset amazingly, we had an amazing bubble bath and great room service and spectacular attention.

Everything at this hotel met our expectations, no regrets, would definitely come back again.

The pool was very large. The beach was beautiful. The restaurants that weren't buffet were good.

There are not enough chairs by the pool. On Friday most of them are reserved for the members that buy the timeshare. You can't book a cabana by the beach unless you hear their speech on buying a timeshare. On the weekend it was empty but because of the reserved signs I didnt hv a place to sit. The bartender Freddy in the pool would ignore everyone that didn't tip him. I waited a long time for drinks. Most of the activities were live music by ppl you hv never heard of. I didn't care for most of them.

Everything was ok. Good selection of food. Buffet restaurant nice, a La Carte the steak restaurant was amazing. The entertainment was really good. Lovely swimming pool and bars were good. The beach was also lovely.

Unable to put umbrellas up to have shade around certain areas of the pool. Had to get up early in holiday to get an umbrella sun lounger.

the reception people were rude and not helpful

The food is delicious. Every single restaurant nailed it.

Too much stairs everywhere and the private are for people that had membership was so big that the rest of the guest have a hard time finding a good location and a sun-bed by the pool.

Staff were great , food was amazing, premium drinks is a bonus, room is nice and spacious , great overall experience

Not enough sun beds however if you speak to the towel team, they will go out of their way to look for beds for you
