Staff are tremendously pleasant and helpful. Isabella and Diana, and all other reception staff are fantastic, with genuine smiles (which is rare). Clean and simple Gym, fruit breakfast, coffee. Ability to order full breakfast menu: waffles/bacon is very nice. Marco (security) was very helpful. Fantastic artisan restaurant, and brunch complex only 200yards from front door. Strip mall with burger joint 100yards. Room was clean and large. USB charging port in room. Wi-Fi is very fast, which is ideal if you need to use laptop. Cheap security deposit ($100 usd) which I had no problem getting back (this is rare, usually you are extorted for this). Check in/Checkout took no more than 5 mins. Great stay for work and families. Supermarket Aki 300 yards from door, easy to stock up on items. Fridge and induction hobs in room. Large bed and air conditioning in room. Tremendously pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Great value for money, particularly if you do not want to stay downtown or at the hotel zone. There is plenty of dumps around at double the price.

If you are holidaying, you may want to hire a car as bus network is not close, although Uber is cheap and collects from front door.

The suite room was wonderful - good size, comfortable and the upstairs section with the private pool had a lovely view of the city at night. The sauna on the spa floor was also very nice and i had a wonderful massive from one of the spa ladies. Overall the staff were also really helpful and welcoming, particularly the restaurant guys. Apparently the hotel was almost at full capacity when we stayed, which was shocking given how quiet the restaurant and pool area was for the duration but it was quite nice to have the peace.

The ‘free’ breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but at least you can purchase more if required. And although nice to have, the private pool upstairs makes an awful lot of noise when they put the cleaning system on, it could also do with a revamp given it’s stained which makes it look dirty. Location wise it is a little far from the main action so we were never able to get picked up for our excursions, but uber’s were super cheap so we got over it quickly.

You did not explain the the continental breakfast was so so poor. That is not a continental breakfast. And si did not find out till next day that there was the option of a good breakfast on another floor. I went out for breakfast!

Was a good option from the airport but for some reason costs more in this area for a taxi. Room was really nice and spacious.

Great location with access to shops, Live Band entertainment, and walking distance to many amenities. They are truly under-rated if you rely solely on ONLINE info. You need to be there to experience it yourself.

There was some minor wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. The total price is not revealed online, as when you get there, you get charged for BEACH TAX (or similar) and drinks stored in the fridge, etc. These should be marked so you do not feel like you are trapped.

Hotel staff were amazing especially Monica, the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Domestic staff worked very hard and were so accommodating. Front desk and portering staff were brilliant nothing was too much for them. I loved going for a swim in the pool which was perfect for exercising in as it was long, one depth and location was beautiful.

Swim area and pool could have been clean and ready by its opening time at 0800. Restaurant food quality not as good as it could be. I only attended for the included continental breakfast in 2 occasions as it wasn’t worth getting up for even though it was included.

Excellent room, exactly as pictured. Very comfortable bed. Location halfway to airport from town - handy for early flights.

Not many food options nearby so we chose to eat dinner at the pool restaurant - although the restaurant staff were excellent, the food was abysmal. Literally the worst food we have experienced our entire 5-month trip. The pizza was a frozen pizza base at best, the steak came out grey and inedible. Front desk staff were extremely slow at check-in

My room was clean and spacious. I had the tacos in the restaurant and they were great. I was skeptical about eating there because of the bad food reviews but my meal was delicious. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and organized and early cab for me for the morning to catch my flight.

There wasn’t really any restaurants or shops near by open and the power at the hotel went out a few times.

The location of the hotel is not central but we were there only for one night stay between flights so it was totally adequate. We took a room with a private pool and were super happy with our choice. The king size bed, plush towels and powerful shower made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is OK but somewhat overpriced. We would recommend to try the Mexican food restaurant across the road, the food there was really great and prices much more friendly. There is a convenience store next door to the hotel in case you want to get a bottle of whine and make your stay more romantic, which we did. All in all our stay was really great and we would go back in a heartbeat!

loved the vibes. don't expect too much noise here - most guests seem to prefer a more gentle demeanor and make an effort not to bother anyone else. during our stay, we noticed it wasn't packed with people, which is something we definitely like. the entire place is impeccable and very nicely taken care of. was a huge fan of being able to choose how dim the lights are in the room. the wifi was supersonic - ideal for a business trip. the shower was great, although not super luxurious. no problems with hot water whatsoever. the bed was incredibly comfy, the a/c felt cold even at 23, and the overall space of the king suite is super inviting. the rooftop pool/terrace was beyond satisfying. a bottle of wine under the stars was just beautiful. the wifey enjoyed an incredible massage and was able to truly relax after a very busy week. i would HIGHLY recommend this for any type of stay, whether it's for leisure, travel, an anniversary or anything in between.

not very much to be unhappy about here - although i suppose the WhatsApp service could improve. it was not bad by any means - it was just a bit slower and a bit less clearer than i would have personally wanted. i had to wait a few days for my first reply. but during our stay, it kind of improved (although, once again, was perhaps not the fastest).
