This is our 3rd stay at this property, and it's great every time. We usually split our Cancun vacations between 2 different hotels -- something we know is good, vs something new, just to sample what's out there. So this place keeps making "something we know is good" category. Perhaps not the most luxurious all-inclusive in Riviera Maya, but it is excellent value for the money. Rooms are spacious, lots of pool options, food/drink options. Specialty restaurants are so/so, but that is not why we come here, and besides, buffet selections are always good. Beach is huge and shallow for about a 100 feet, water has been crystal clear every time we came. Nice cafe (all-inclusive) right on the beach. There's a spot where water from the mangroves drains into the ocean, but that's minor. While on the property you'll see lot's of iguanas warming in the sun, coaties looking for fruit (kind of a mix between a lemur and a small racoon). If you're lucky, you'll catch a family of spider monkeys playing in the trees -- always a hit with kids. We don't go outside the property much when we come, and there really isn't much to explore near by. But Playa Del Carmen is close, and I believe they have a free shuttle that goes there couple of times a day.

Specialty restaurants could be better, but most people enjoy them anyways. This shouldn't be an issue, unless you're a selective foodie and this is a priority to you.

Accommodations and staff were excellent. Drinks and pools were great. Loved the coffee. The beach was great with very good beach loungers . Platinum lounge and pool were fantastic. Very glad we got the upgrade.

Coati's were everywhere. You really need to control the population. Dinners were difficult to book, the food was presented well but not well seasoned. They were very noisy so the atmosphere was poor.

breakfast lunch and dinner food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from there was always some sort of entertainment during the day and at night rooms were cleaned and refridgerators restocked everyday safe clean and family friendly environment lots of animals roaming quietly around lots of bars and pools around the property for easy access for fun and games

couldn't use the beach because it was covered in sargassum seaweed and made the beach area dirty and smelly couldn't get a reservation for the a la carte restaurants it was always booked

Variety of activities, excellent friendly staff, amount of pools, buffets and restaurant options

Some parts of the room were a little run down, doors were hard to close and made loud noise, some of the meat in the restaurants were overcooked (fish) or under cooked (chicken)

Huge site with great pools,plenty of sun beds, and ample food & drink. There are about 5 themed restaurants one can book into if one does not want to go to the buffet, which also has lots of choices. Unfortunately, the beach suffers from seaweed coming in on the tides from Africa, but the hotel makes a huge effort to clear this up. The rooms & bed are very big & comfortable, with lovely staff who cannot do enough for you. Overall, it was a great place to stay in.

The swimming pools , the drinks and good bartenders service

No lights in the tennis courts at the night . They have the lamps but once it is dark they did not turned it on when we were playing . We asked to the person in charge in that moment to please turn on the lights and she said she didn’t have the keys to do it The main food buffet is not so good , but fortunately they have also a buffet in the beach and one more in the sport bar and these are better options ,

Had a wonderful time on our trip. Stayed in the villas and will only do that from here on out. Staff was friendly everywhere. Stayed in several other resorts and the food here was by far the best. The property was beautiful as well.

I didn’t mind but could see how the walking could be a problem for some. The resort is HUGE. To get to the beach from the villas was about a 10 minute walk and doing that several times a day could get tiresome. The resort does offer carts that go by every 5-10 minutes or so on both sides of the resort.

The staff was polite and friendly. Couldn’t say more about them. I feel treated and safe here.

The first day I got there, buffet dinner was not that great. Food was kind of bland and missing flavors. But the second and last day buffet was better. I say out of all the options, lunch would be the most flavorful so don’t skip that if you are trying to enjoy the most out of the buffet. Also, with the massive amount of pools and areas to swim, they should have a water dance/pilates exercise activity.

I like the flow of the resort, and the variety of amenities. All restuarants were fantastic and had great choices of food. Our room was very spacious.

Our beds were uncomfortable and our safe didn't work. We also had a bad server in the Italian Restaurant (Mamma Mia) his name was Riquer, as we were all seating down never even acknowledge our group.

Everything was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The view of this place is amazing. The wildlife is literally walking past you, deer, cotis, monkeys! The outside shower was very cool🥰

I asked for ice and never received any 🤣 and my flip flops did not do well on the marble surfaces or bridges. Also the vendors are a little too aggressive trying to sell you stuff.
