Location was good, staff was very helpful and friendly. The dive shop was awesome. The accommodations were very affordable and the property was well maintained.

The pool was freezing, and with no walk-in beach access, I spent a week in mexico without swimming. We had to ask daily for the bottle of water that should have been provided. The restaurant food was very good but extremely expensive. We also didn't have a patio, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was excellent - always in service mode. Loved that there was a restaurant on premises. Loved the pool/sandy area and chairs/umbrellas. Especially loved the barrel swings!

The bed we were sleeping in smelled like body odor - like someone before us did a lot of sweating. It was not pleasant. Didn't like that the restaurant closed early, thus having to have an early dinner or go downtown.

The pool, the fine white sandy areas and ocean access. Plus the coral was in a surprisingly healthy state that allowed us to see wonderful marine life while snorkeling. Front desk staff Alejandra was delightful, friendly, helpful and a pleasure for us to do business with.

Almost all hotel staff didn’t seem too excited to be working there, especially the front desk, wait and security (who didn’t even look up from their desk when we entered and said “Hola” each night) staff. Also, most of the hotel was empty, how could they not provide a free upgrade of either two beds (which was requested at the time of original booking) or an ocean view? That would’ve been so easy for them to do and would’ve made our trip that much better.

Loved the accessibility to the sea wall, the simplicity of the resort, the proximity to town and how it was a one minute walk to anywhere at the hotel

No doubt, the hotel is in a massive need of an update. The food situation is extremely sparse & the drinks are expensive. Get a kitchenette room & hit the grocery store.

The room & views matched the description. We were blown away by the ocean views from the balcony! The hotel has a direct water access which offers pretty good snorkelling + a sandy beach around the pool. Room had a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bed room and big balcony. We really enjoyed the combination of hotel + dive shop: Dive boats depart directly from the hotel pier ! Pepe Scuba is a great dive shop and we had some amazing dives around Cozumel! The concierge can help with scooter rental which is a great way to go back and forth between the city and the hotel.

Gym is outdated & lacks air conditioning . The property/rooms is in good condition but could use an upgrade (eg bathroom installations). We ordered in the restaurant but didn’t like it that much.

it was very good value for what it cost. It was a waterfront hotel, with a lovely shaded breakfast area with view to the sea, the breakfast was good, the prices in the menu were very reasonable for a hotel, a decent size pool, a roped off area so you could snorkel safely, the room was a good size, the king size bed comfortable, jungle view was a little boring but better that than viewing concrete houses and the staff was very nice.

The sheets on the bed and the towels in the room were very warm out. The beach towels were great though. There wasn’t a magnifying glass in the bathroom to put on makeup or contact lenses.

Value for money: pool bar drinks poorly made and expensive, food was acceptable, breakfast little variety, pool area too small, lounge 'reservers', kids are noisy, not romantic...

The pool and the location of the resort were great. Loved being able to snorkel right from the resort. Enjoyed the snorkeling at the resort more than the snorkel tour we paid to take.

Room with King bed was perfect for 2.

Double queen was small for 3. Missing free items that are included in all other hotels where we stay, including free coffee, breakfast, fridge in room.
