Perfect resort if your scuba diving in Cozumel, with a dive shop and ample dive facilities (fresh water gear washing, lockers) right near the ocean side. Large pool area with plenty of lounge chairs,, activities throughout the day and decent options at breakfast too. They also provided fresh water refill in the lobby area which I liked for less plastic bottle waste. The reception staff also arrange for our 2 bookings to have the same room (we added an earlier night stay but couldn't add to our existing booking) but there was a slight inconvenience with a "check out" and "check in" process still after the first night. We did not do an all inclusive option which seemed like the better decision - probably not the best spot for the all-inclusive luxury you might be seeking!

Downside was the facilities feel a bit dated but still largely in working order. Air conditioning could be improved as it was humid and damp in our room. We only were provided shampoo and soap bars on first night's stay but when I asked the cleaning staff they had other items like body lotion and conditioner too. Breakfast started late which was tricky for our early morning diving.

I love this property. The activities and evening shows have been upgraded since my last visit. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is close to town but far enough away that it’s relatively quiet. It is primarily scuba divers who stay here, but the snorkeling here is great too. Staff is very helpful. I love the complimentary bicycle as well! Late checkout time of noon is very helpful!

Pool was chilly but that’s to be expected this time of year.

Great value. Perfect for diving or sitting by a great pool or on a private beachy area.

The "all inclusive" meals were average. The drinks were poor. We decided not to do the all inclusive and walked a block to a super market for our own booze, mixers and limes. Walked into town for most meals. Breakfast, included with room, was great

This hotel is perfect for families with children-definitely recommended! The pool area is wonderful, beach is fantastic-we snorkeled every day and the breakfast is incredible-lot of choices of delicious Mexican food, I also loved the omelet station:) The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful:) Cant wait to come back❤️

I loved everything.

Great location. Close enough to the main town to walk to different restaurants and shops but far enough away for a quiet resort feel. The property is a little dated but well maintained with plenty of nice features. The pool area is fantastic and nice terrace for breakfast overlooking their private beach area and drive center. Overall, an excellent value.

I did move rooms because the first one was one that corresponded with the next room with an interior door (designed to accommodate a family). That feature made my room very loud from noise coming from the room next door. My new room was much quieter as it didn't have that connection to the next room.

We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and she’s showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Great location. Chedraui grocery store is 4 blocks away. Cheap cab ride to town but is also a good walk. Nice big pool. Good seaside snorkel area. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in bathroom.

The wifi has greatly improved since our last visit. That made us very happy. I can see that improvements are being made. However I miss the beautiful statue that was beside the fabulous pool. Comfortable beds and great A/C. I prefer to have meals at the waterfront restaurant, I wish more meals were served there. Dinner at sunset there would be lovely!

The food has not improved. Its not very good. That's the main issue with this property. I love trying new things, but most dishes were bland. The specialty nights foods were better. I don't do all inclusive, so I pay for our drinks, so it would be great if the paid drinks were better. I understand making small low quality drinks for all-inclusive people who may abuse the program, but if I'm paying full price for each drink, it should be worth it....

Great place that’s not far from town. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room was always clean and no shortage of hot water.

We only stayed for two nights and did not book the AI option. The hotel is really nice (though needs some patch up in some places), but all in all we had a great room with all the amenities we hoped for. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good - nothing special! We really enjoyed the pool!

Since we did not have the AI option it was a little hard to pay our drinks with cash, since there was never anyone who could do it or we had to wait extra long on change.
