Lovely hotel very modernistic in design. The sea view rooms are spacious , comfortable which a large balcony overlooks the pool etc. Fully stocked mini bar with iron and board, complimentary shower gels, hairdryers and the hotel provides a laundry service. Tea and coffee machine etc provided. Infinity pool , jacuzzi, steps down to the sea, small beach inlet. Use of Hotel pool next door which I believe is the sister hotel. Hotel set in quiet part of the island about 10 mins taxi ride to the main town Cozumel, 30 mins by push bike or a good 30 minute stroll. In the other direction some really nice restaurants again about same taxi journey or walk. Recommend The Lobster House - excellent menu - great steaks.

Nothing to complain about- had a great time

The King suite ocean view was delightful and the dinner at the on-site restaurant was wonderful. Definitely recommend the mahi-mahi salt style. Pool and grounds were neat as one would expect from a high end hotel. The reef out front was gorgeous and there are towels everywhere to use which is always nice.

I do not take giving criticism lightly. But this needs to be said and probably addressed. The desk staff is rude and disingenuous. Gabriella and her staff are unfriendly to say the least. I will leave it at that because I don’t care for drama.

The pool needs to be mentioned first, it is incredible and super well kept, the true differentiating point of the hotel! It overlooks the sea and there is the possibility to sip a drink while there. The structure in general is very nice and for a couple without kids the fact that the hotel is adults only is a plus. Breakfast was simple but very good in our opinion. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, always super kind to us. The view of our room was amazing, the room itself very nice and cozy while not necessarily being at the level of the common areas. It’s a bit distant from the city centre, but we managed to go there on foot (around 20min) one night, otherwise taxis are quite cheap or we advise renting a scooter to go around. Overall, super recommended!

There is not a proper beach, but we didn’t honestly miss it due to the pool. No netflix and so on the tv, but clearly not mandatory in vacation. In general, nothing particularly problematic.

Really stylish hotel, lovely staff ( thank you Marcela) and beautiful outside space. There is really good snorkelling directly from the hotel steps - we saw rays, moray eels, really health colourful corals and abundant fish.

The breakfast wasn’t that good compared to other hotels we have stayed in and the special breakfast in bed which was included was completely cold when it arrived - if you do it maybe order the cold options like muesli rather than the eggs etc.

Beautiful property, great location and super friendly staff. They left a free birthday cake in our room after they saw the happy birthday banner that my husband hung in our room! I was so surprised and happy!

We could hear some noise from the street at night. Wouldn’t deter me from staying here again though.

The design of the hotel is perfect, the view from the room is superb. You can rent shnorkel equipment and dive in the very nice sea entrance they have straight from the hotel. The restaurant has good options through the day and its right by the pool for a very decent price. There were always shaded seats by the pool which is not trivial.

During one of the days there were construction works in the hotel to which we didnt get any good response except "it is what it is". The hotel allows external people to use the facilities which create a bit more crowd in the pool area and prevents the tranquil vibe. The service from the bar/restaurant is a bit slow.

The whole property was nice and clean, staff was super friendly and kind always! Can’t wait to go back.

The menu at the restaurant was very limited and international! Which was more authentic mexican dishes available but other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience. Thanks for everything Hotel B Unique! Cant wait to go back.

We visit Cozumel once or twice every year and we always stay at Hotel B Unique. It must be the best hotel around. The rooms are simply pefect to enjoy the amazing views.

There is nothing about Hotel B Unique I don't like.

The pools were awesome. Our room with the view was wonderful. I like how you could go from the ocean to the pool

The water in the clay container and cups. Very beautiful, but it made the water taste like cigarette ashes and the coffee pot was broken. I would of preferred a mini refrigerator to store my own stuff

I really liked the pool area. Relaxing and nice food. The rooms are very nice with a beautiful sea view.

During our 5 nights stay the air conditioning didn’t work. We asked to get it fixed several time, but the technicians couldn’t fix it each time. On the 4th day we could move to another room.
