Very clean and well maintained. Staff was always cleaning something and the effort really showed. Newer updated hotel so it was very comfortable. Proximity to the beach was amazing. All of the staff super pleasant. The activity coordinators were super fun and especially nice to our small child. Shout out to Paola who did really cool arts and crafts and activities with the kids. The wait staff was really curtious and always made sure you had everything you needed. Not all speak English but you can find someone who does. Beach right in front of hotel very convenient however there was always a mariachi band playing outside so it was loud not very relaxing.

We would have liked a mini fridge in the room and a jacuzzi would be amazing at this property

The property is close to everything, it has an ocean view from our room, it has 3 pool you can choose to go, & ocean view restaurant while you are eating:)

We requested a room cleaning service in the receptionist area while we were out for 4 hrs (10am- 2 pm) but when we got back it still hasn’t been done. I’m not sure where the communication fail or the time frame for them to clean it. Bottom line it didn’t get clean. Later we saw the cleaning lady & just requested to fill our coffee stuff & new towels.

Room only. Hotel on the beach, large and clean room. Added extra person to the room for £18 a night which was excellent. Hotel on the beachfront. Lots of free parking. Hotel had entertainment each evening and during the day.

We stayed at beginning of April and Mazatlan was very quiet. Nothing going on around the hotel; bars were quiet or empty at night; plenty of food places but all were quiet. Would probably have taken the all-inclusive option at the hotel if I thought it was going to be as quiet as it was. Housekeeping dont speak English, which is fine, so go through reception if you need anything. We got our extra towel after asking at reception first and then housekeeping, then reception again.

The hotel was new and clean. There was a cute coffee shop on site, and the service overall was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The location was perfect- right on the beach and within walking distance to multiple great restaurants and bars with an Oxxo (convenice store) just across the street and down a bit. There was an adults only infinity pool with a beautiful view of the ocean.

It was definitely a little busier and noisier than we thought it would be. As a family-friendly resort, there was a lot going on in the pool area and on the beach. Also, the Banda music was pretty loud and often from noon until after dark, with multiple bands competing for attention in front of the hotel. The music is great and definitely grew on us, but could be a bit much at times.

They had no towels in the rooms. They kept on telling us that the laundry was behind and could not keep up with towel demand therefore there were no more clean towels.

The variety of food options in the buffet were great, I didn't feel bored of the food and there was always something for the kids. I love how close the beach is and that there was service on the beach.

The amenities (pool + gym) were fairly small, but luckily we were there when it wasn't too busy so it didn't feel crowded. The activities were the same everyday and start times were inconsistent so that was a bit difficult to plan for. The kids club was just a small room with a TV and some toys which wasn't staffed most times we went by it throughout the day. Luckily for us our kids loved being in the pool or on the beach, but if you are hoping for a real "kids club" experience you won't get it here.

I didn't like how loud the music was at the pool and the bands that played even louder on the beach. At one point, there were 2 bands on the beach playing and the music at the pool at the same time. IT WAS HELL!!! I understand there is no control on the beach, but turning down the music or off at the pool would have helped

This hotel had the most comfortable bed, that we have ever found in the many places we stay, in Mexico! The beds are usually as hard, and unyielding as a rock, ( no matter how expensive the resort) and I buy a mattress pad, to use, while there. This hotel was the only exception! Comfortable, good beds, and a truly good sleep, plus waking up, not being sore/in pain!

Has an amazing location and the sea view is really beautiful

The waiters outside of the restaurant was not kind. They were also slow to take our orders. There was one guy that always be there his name is Charlie. Such a good dude, he showed us his drawings and stuff. Also is a familiar hotel, there were a lot of kids running and is really noisy, so if you want something more peaceful this is not your place.

The rooms were pristine and the beds super comfortable. The staff was incredible and attentive. Having breakfast in front of the beach was amazing! The hotel has three separate pools, one for children, one for families, and one for adults, which works out perfectly. The location of the hotel was wonderful and had restaurants and shops at a walking distance.

Unlike breakfast, the service at lunch time was not ideal. There weren't a lot of guests in the restaurant and they still took a while to get our meals to us, which were lacking in quality. They list a fitness center as part of the amenities but be aware that it's only one treadmill, one elliptical, one recumbent bike, a dumbbell rack and a floor area, so it only manages to fit 6 guests at most.
