We had a great rest with my son for 2.5 weeks for the second time in this hotel, in the center of Estoril, room 408 with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is excellent, cereal, oatmeal!¹, a variety of yogurts (the favorite is with pieces of pear!) croissants, with chocolate, you can with honey, with butter, buns from different types of flour, bread for toast, cheese, ham, juicy apples, sweet oranges, black tea, green, fruit, coffee machine, cocoa, cocoa with milk, milk, pineapple juice, orange, apple from the machine, Thanks to the employee Christina, for her work. The staff at the reception is very very kind and did everything to satisfy all our requests, thanks to Marcos, Carla, Natalingo Lopes, Joas. Cleaning and linen change was every day, thanks to Juwan, who cleaned for us. The room has air conditioning, comfortable beds, mattress, TV, many channels, Wi-Fi. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo with conditioner, hair dryer. The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is wonderful, restaurants, bus stop, train, there is a Continent store, Ping Doce, Auchan in Cascais, where you can eat, shop. The holiday was great!

My stay at Sao Mamede was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The value for the price was excellent, and the location couldn't have been better for my needs. Being so close to the beach meant I could easily enjoy morning and evening walks along the ocean, and the nearby walking/running path was perfect for my training. I loved having a room with a view (106) and waking up with the sun streaming in. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find some great options nearby like Sushi Toro and Lamassa. With the train station and even a casino within easy reach, this hotel had everything I needed for my Lisbon Marathon trip.

The front desk clerk, Martha, is the gem of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate and perfect for the price. It was clean, and the open public parking lot was just 50 yards away, and that was very convenient. Overall, the rooms were small, but the best deal in the town for the price,

Even though sao mamede was under construction, the facilities were working very well. Me and my colleagues were even upgraded to a suite with an ocean view. The service of the staff was above and beyond. Anything I needed was provided and the owner was very much willing to think along with anything I needed.

The furniture and decoration of the room does not match the beauty and potential of the hotel itself. This is more of a style thing.

The lobby is welcoming and most of the staff were friendly and very heplful. My room was on the 5th, top floor, with a nice view, however the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, but I didn't mind it. There was nothing fancy about the room and bathroom, but were clean and comfortable. There was a nice deep tub which was great for a hot soak after a long day of walking and exploring. The heater worked well. I chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the train station and access to the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was basic, but good.

The front entrance is very uninviting. It does not look like a hotel entrance.

I loved the location, it's right next to the Estoril train station so perfect if you're coming from Lisbon and to the beach. There is a bit of a climb to get to the hotel. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was a bit basic, but had everything I like so I had no problem with that. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The air conditioner couldn't easily heat the room. It was a bit of a problem because I visited during an unusually cold weather.

Location and staff. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciate the kettle they gave me when I asked for it.

Breakfast was good but needs an upgrade, like adding more protein such as eggs. Changing the fruits more often, there were pears, apples, and oranges the first day, then apples and oranges only on the following 4 days. Having a fridge in the room would be great.

The location is excellent. Near the beach and central. Staff was very helpful and pleasant..The hotel is not new, but it is well kept.

Train station is near by and the surroundings can be a bit louder due to the central position.

Lovely traditional property. Good location for beach and train station air conditioning was fab, for a two start hotel it was great. The room was comfortable and tv too. Breakfast was good. Continental offering but plenty of it. Bar in reception area reasonable too.

Standard double bed. Would have been nice to have a king size.
