1.The location of this hotel is good. There are two MRT lines (Blue and Purple )near by or nor far from the hotel, and also about 8 bus lines (station ) just at the front of the hotel 's gate; 2.The hotel is clean and the free breakfast is good for me; 3.All front desk staffs all very kind and helpful; 4.The outdoor swimming pool (10th F) is very pretty;

Only a little pity for me: that is the space of the room I stay is not enough!

What I really liked was the rooftop swimming pool. It was an amazing feeling to wake up early and start the day with some physical activity by swimming. The pool wasn’t very big, but it was more than enough to enjoy a proper swim. At the beginning of our stay, we had a problem with the door — it wouldn't open with the key card. I contacted the staff, and someone came quickly to fix it, which I appreciated. The room was quite small, but considering the price, it felt fair and acceptable for me. We also really liked the hotel’s location — it’s close to the train station, which made it convenient to get around. Also the Wi-Fi was fast and worked properly, so I liked it. And last, but not least, the air conditioner worked very well, which is important in Singapore.

The room was small, but the price also was more or less small, so it is okay, and also we faced a problem in the beginning, when the door was not opening by the key-card, but it was fixed.

Everything was absolutely great. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, the mattress was super comfy and the location was perfect for us as it’s roughly an hours walk along the river down to the Gardens by the Bay. Also the National Museum is close by with english tours (highly recommended). The roomservice options are “high tech” so no paper signs to hang on the door but buttons on the wall that switch on a light outside indicating if you want no roomservice at all or if you’d like your bedsheets changed.

The lightswitches and their descriptions were a bit faded so it took us a while to get used to which switch turns on which light. But it’s easy enough to do so no biggy at all.

Close to MRT Pool

It’s my fault for not checking, I know the rooms had no refrigeration, but after 38 countries and multiple accommodations, this was the first place which had no refrigeration for my insulin medication. Not even a small fridge that the staff used. I asked the corresponding restaurant if I could house it in their fridge and got a flat no. I had to pay another seller, to refrigerate it for me. If I was not able to secure this, I would have had to forgo my booking and move elsewhere.

Situated just in front of a bus stop and a short 5-8 minute walk to the MRT Station, getting around the city was effortless. Moreover, the surrounding area was bustling with local eateries, offering a delightful taste of authentic cuisine. Hotel Room: Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff ensured that we returned to a fresh and tidy room after each day of exploring the city. Even without asking, they promptly provided clean towels and made sure every detail was taken care of to enhance our comfort. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the delicious dining options to the convenient location and impeccable room service, we couldn't have asked for more.

It’s not necessarily a major issue, but we were hoping there would be a more suitable area for our child to swim comfortably, as the 1.2M rooftop pool was a bit too deep for his height.

Comfortable room- small but that is usual for Singapore . Room and facilities were spotlessly clean. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to little India it Rochor stations. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Tittle tattle bar on street level has van live music at weekends and was very nice to eat and have a drink there after a day sightseeing. Food court in little India Tekka centre just 5 minutes walk away was very cheap and great to try to eat with the locals too

The restaurant staff were fantastic, polite and welcoming. The facility was well maintained. Definitely would recommend the location. Bus stop right in front, close to Little India, Rochor and Dhoby Ghaut metro. Very very accessible to multiple MRT routes. Loved the pool and how it was to some extent private.

The room was just enough, not big enough for more than 2 adults. There were no cupboards to place soiled clothes.

If you keep in mind that this is a budgetary option, you will not get frustrated. The room was small but very clean. Anyway, I spent most of the day outside. The custodial team did a wonderful job! All receptionists were very polite and helpful! They try very hard to make you feel comfortable which is highly appreciated especially after a long journey. Breakfast was a Chinese style, very tasty and nutritious. The swimming pool on the top floor is a jewel with clean water offering the needed refreshment after a hot and exhausting day. The hotel definately exceeded my expectations.

It was not possible to open a window to get fresh air.

Conveniently located close to two MRT stations and there's a bus stop in front of the building. There is also a 7/11 next to it.

It's a budget hotel in a very expensive city, so manage your expectations. The rooms are very small. Even if you choose a room with a window, the windows don't open so you have to rely on air conditioning but sometimes the room gets stuffy.

Air conditioning works well, room was clean and what we expected from budget hotel. Free toothbrushes, toilet with bidet, shower with "all-in-one soap" and towels, no floor mat or extra towel for feets and the shower makes whole bathroom wet so small minus from that and only one toilet paper roll at a time but could get more by asking from info and cleaner change the roll too but problem was that we didn't need the cleaning service every day so had to ask more paper instead of them just leaving multiple rolls in the room. Most of the food in breakfast change every day or atleast form of the food like different kind of egg and potato and pasta. There was always enough options for us to eat well. We get extra pillow after asking one and stuff was very helpful and kind so couldn't ask more for the price. Didn't have time to check the pool so can't say anything about that. Location was good, bus and train (metro) stations nearby, little india with lot of food places nearby.
