I like the breakfast and the options they have, Gym and the facilities they have. Beach pool is amazing

Amazing staff at the hotel (not Zuma) who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Our room wasn’t as expected and we were moved without any fuss. This is a beautiful and quiet location and we had a wonderful stay.

Whilst the hotel staff were wonderful and clearly set on doing whatever it took to please their guests, the staff at the pop-up Zuma restaurant were the exact opposite. They gave our table away and parked us next to a family who let their kids run around us, refused to adapt a cocktail or let us take a dish away with us and then even refused to remove the 10% service charge. I’ve travelled the world and never experienced such nonsense at any level. Food was patchy and over-priced. IMPORTANT - the hotel is amazing, the Zuma popup is horrible

Superb in every single way!

We had wonderful arrival experience with welcome drinks and jasmine flower bracelet. Jason escorted us to the room with buggy and he explained everything about the resort which very helpful for our first time in here. At first night we had amazing dinner experience at Age, the waitresses and sommelier there were very professional and friendly. Age was our favorite restaurant. Second night we had dinner at Thai restaurant, the staff was very caring and friendly. We loved the swimming pool faced amazing view of resort and sea.

Staff is attentive during peak hours eg breakfast. Our beach dinner was amazing and the lobster dish was spectacular. The traditional dance performance at the pool and the fire performance by the beach were unexpected and a nice surprise. The complimentary basic boxing by the beach is a must-try!

Sometimes, it’s a little hard to get the attention of beach staff during off peak hours. While our beach dinner was amazing, my husband wasn’t impressed with the table decoration as it was for my birthday.

Excellent service, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. What I appreciated most is that one barely notices the other guests. This is of course because the resort is spread over a large area, and each villa is a little hotel on its own, but also because all facilities have a large capacity buffer (the beach, the breakfast buffet and the restaurants). No crowds or queuing anywhere. Everything impeccably clean and well maintained.

I put on 5kg in weight due to the magnificent food :-)

A superb place for dining and partying in Phuket. I would call it "a top dining venue with a hotel" rather than a "hotel with a top dining venue". The reason is that the restaurant and the bar are so good that they attract lots of patrons from outside. At the heart of the hotel there is Zuma, an amazing Japanese restaurant. This one is 10 out of 10 and is surely worth a visit, and more than once. Zuma has a DJ each evening with own distinctive clubbing tracks, so the atmosphere is more like a club. The other restaurant is Age, a top-end steakhouse, but I have seen better steaks elsewhere, so I would give it 6 out of 10. The rooftop bar above Zuma is amazing and 10 out of 10. Hotel suites and villas are fine, but not a "wow". Service in the restaurants is great, but in the hotel the service is patchy.

Everything to do with the beach and beach management is poor. First, the hotel is located in a shallow cove, so in low tide (which is much of the day) the ocean flows away for many hundreds of meters. If you want to come to Phuket for swimming in the ocean, this is not the place. Second, beach management gets zero out of 10. There is a bare lack of sunbeds and parasols, and even the lack fo beach towels ! I had once to resort to pressuring beach bar staff to bring the supply of beach towels in the middle of the day. They have ran out, and no one seemed to care that guests in this supposedly 5* property do not have any beach towels or any sunbeds. This is a management problem.

The pool villa was near the beach, it was big and nice, the breakfast menu is excellent. Room service is fast. Mr.Mustafa took really good care of us, he dropped by to say hello, that was a nice gesture from him.

If it’s a rainy day you will still have to go to the restaurant for the breakfast as they don’t provide it at your room. It’s far from Patong beach but you can still go to Boat Avenue, it’s 15 minutes far by car, where you can find many restaurants.

This is by far one of the best properties in Phuket. It has everything you could ask for stunning views, a private beach, and all the amenities you need. The gym is exceptional, equipped with brandnew machines for fitness enthusiasts. If you want to relax, run, or rest, this place has it all. Plus, having Zuma right inside the property is a huge bonus, bit outskirts but worth it. A true slice of paradise every moment here was worth it, and the staff made sure I felt genuinely cared for.

Very wonderful resort close to the airport far away from any traffic and city noise, pool villa was amazing, staff were helpful and kind. Very useful amenities were provided for my infant like shampoos, bathtub, sterilizer and bottle heater. The GYM was amazing alongside yoga and other activities. House keeping were on top of their job, they came to the villa twice a day without asking which was nice. Kids friendly resort with many activities for kids and kids corner in the breakfast buffet.

You need a ask for club car to go to almost anywhere in the resort which was complementary anyways
