There room is huge for 1 person like me staying alone. The toilet is big and clean. Breakfast is simple but fill your stomach. The pool is clean. The balcony is big space too for chilling out but must standby with mosquito apparel. The location is far from the busiest tourists area but I love it because it quiet. 7-eleven its just opposite of the hotels and few restaurants nearby. The Spa is good too as the therapist was good with what they are doing. I definitely will stay here again.

The Complete stay at the hotel was wonderful, it is well maintained, and has all the amenities you can ask for ( pool, breakfast,lunch dining area with room service, the staff are very accomodating, happy and lovely and always made me feel welcome. My room had everything i needed with a nice outdoor balcony and lovely garden out the front door. It was always kept clean by the wonderful staff and what else can you ask for? i had lovely breakfasts everyday thanks to Shar-po an Eye overseen by Phi who made sure it all ran like clock work and new all our names, also had a couple dinners there as well which were all very tasty. I used the bar occasionally while basking in the sun and swimming in that lovely pool always had friendly service with a smile. I can recommend this place to any person. Thankyou to reception who always helped us , thankyou to room maintance and cleaning, we felt like royalty, and once more thank you to bar and restaurant you made us feel so special.

Five stars for : value for money, room size, small patio, excellent pool, clean throughout, staff were lovely ( and left you alone - weren’t pushy), location ( still Patong but away from the seedy parts/Bang La). Really quite faultless.

Very minor gripe - the restaurant does a very good coffee but the prices were high, even for a resort. But it’s a small price to pay.

Very nice staff. They waiting me for checkin 7-8PM. And yes, I go hang out with my friends every nights but have staff still waiting and tack care me all the time. I will back to stay this hotel again.

There is nothing I didn't like. However, what would make this hotel great would be a more detailed/maintenance clean of the room. The room wasn't dirty, however it was looking a little tired around the edges. The breakfast was good, but definitely not the best breakfast I had in Thailand. I want to stress, I have zero complaints, this hotel was great value for money.

Most staff were extremely friendly, professional and polite. Food was great, as was the room service, food, facilities and cleanliness. The general area is beautiful, filled with plenty of plants, friendly cats and is very peaceful. Concierges, restaurant, reception, service and guests were very friendly and went out of their way to greet you and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Spa and gym facilities also exceeded my expectations. The ice bath and the massage I had was my favourite part. A very magical experience.

The abseil up to reception was interesting but luckily I'm a physically able. As was the stair climb to my room (free exercise 😆) Some management/office staff weren't polite or welcoming at all. Didn't even say hi or smile. Laundry with the hotel took 3 day's which wasn't a major issue as there was a very good one accross the road which took just 1 hr for a wash and dry!

Good location, amazing staff who helped me and assisted in all my needs. Clean and cozy hotel which worth the money. Not expensive. Housekeeping was every day no matter what time I left the room. Always immaculate spotless. Thank you so much for all attention, definitely highly recommended and I will come back.)

The rooms on the second floor have balconies but there are no dividers between you and your neighbors. This is quite annoying. Plus just recommendations: put clothes dryer on the balconies and terraces. I think it’s a must for the beach destinations. And hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. I was really struggling to find the place where to hang it.

The location to beach and nightlife was perfect. Not too far to walk, but hidden away from the hustle. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted and the staff were so kind and helpful. Very pleasantly surprised how good it was considering the very cheap price we paid. No buffet breakfast was available, which was disappointing as we really do love them. But a good set selection of meals to pick from was an ok compromise. They explained this was due to it being low season and not enough guests, which was understandable. Would highly recommend to any couples who want a quiet, clean, friendly place to stay. Be warned about the steep driveway and access to lifts, not for the majority unfit 😊

Because we were a party of three, a single room was not on offer. Instead we were given two rooms - each with a large double bed. Not a problem for those of us who snore...it meant we all got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day. All staff were lovely and helpful. I thought it was great value :)

Only a minor gripe, but wasn't expecting a lot of steps. There is a lift but only to selected floors. Thereafter it meant lugging a 25kg suitcase up two flights of stairs, but the bell boy saw to that and was happy with a small tip. Swimming pool lovely, but a bit grimy on the tiles and could do with a pressure wash!

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a big balcony with a nice view. Relaxing swimming pool close to the breakfast/bar area. Breakfast itself was alright. I absolutely loved the restaurant room service - there's a qr code in your room that you simply scan on your phone and you can order whatever you want from the menu with a few clicks (you can pay in cash or when you're checking out). There's also a lively market ~5min on foot from the resort.

While the pool was great, I think it could use some deep cleaning.
