this location is so beautiful! a 10 minute walk to billionaires bay which was percent for me as it was the destination for my trip. there’s also a grocery store next door. the staff was unbelievably kind, everything was spotless, and if you hang out in the garden you can see some lizards! overall a very cool stay.

long walk into old town antibes or really any restaurant. also no refrigerator made it a bit difficult to have food to eat at all times

Our stay was fantastic. From the spacious room with a balcony and full size shower to the excellent breakfast, beautiful pool, easy parking, AC, perfect (quiet and peaceful) location, and incredibly accommodating staff, this is one of our favorite hotels in the South of France! We extended our stay not once, but twice because we didn't want to leave. Thank you to the staff - Nathalie, Caroline, Jean-Paul, Frederik and Tanya, who made our family vacation so wonderful!

A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. However, there was a communal fridge available for guest use in the kitchen and nice ice machine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was in excellent shape and the cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The staff, from cleaning to reception to the breakfast team, were all outstanding. Our little dog was also warmly welcomed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is located in a great area, close to both Antibes and Juan-le-pin - within walking distance or by car/uber. We will certainly be back!

Would be nice with a fridge in the room, and a little improved breakfast, e.g. fried egg and bacon - better fruit.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Çap d'Antibes, where you can choose from a variety of beaches and other places to visit. The hotel itself is nice, the aircon worked well. The hotel parking is adequate, they charge 15 euros per day. The hotel grounds are well kept, with a cozy terrace and a little pool. The people who work there are very polite and friendly. We are really grateful to them for all their support.

The room was rather small, only one electrical socket worked properly. There was no fridge which is not good when the temperatures are high in August. The wifi connection was very weak, worked half an hour and then went dead.

A delicious continental breakfast is provided full of fresh fruits, pastries, natural granolas and seeds, plenty of cheeses and cured meats, freshly squeezed orange juice - everything you could possibly want! The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always making all guests feel at home, they truly made the holiday wonderful. There is a nice local shop across the road where we picked up fresh bread, cheeses and salad for lunch to have on the hotel terrace in a picnic style which was great (and a little money saver!). The location was absolutely perfect - surrounded by gorgeous private houses it has lovely walks and only 10 minutes to the beach. We got a taxi to Cannes (25 mins) one evening for dinner and drinks which was lovely by the harbour, and another late afternoon/evening we got a taxi (10mins) to Antibes Old Town. It was a maze full of small shops and wine bars through these old streets, right next to the sea, with a large bustling square in the centre. We found a delicious steak restaurant Golden Beouf which I’d highly recommend for anyone in search of one. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations, it was well worth the money and we absolutely will be booking to visit again soon!

This was all about location and scale. Very well appointed and not too large. Naturally located on the headland and not on the beach so a lot quieter and surrounded by lots of trees and shrubbery to enhance the exclusivity and privacy. Our room was in a block behind the hotel just across form the small swimming pool. The parking is off the road and is secure at night. the staff were very engaging and helpful and produced the most excellent local tourist map on arrival. You can swim in the pool or walk to the local beaches which surround the headland. The local bus stops just outside which is convenient and there is a local shop just outside the gate.

This hotel only serves breakfast so other meals have to be taken away from the property. Still there is lots of choice in either the old town of Antibes or down on the beachfront at Juan Les Pins. This was not clear to me when booking. My sat nav thinks Bd J.F. Kennedy is in Juan les Pins and not Antibes so it would have made getting here a little easier if I had worked that out before hand!

Such a charming small gem! We loved our stay - the hotel has a throwback charm with modern and comfortable rooms, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pool area and grounds are lovely. Location is excellent, the hotel is quiet, and it’s easy to park there.

Nothing - although worth being aware that towels for pool aren’t provided and I think they were €25-30 each.

Location, staff, charm. Short walk to the beach, away from the town of Antibes and Juan Les pins. Perfect location to reach a few different beaches, there is a small convenience store 10 meters from the hotel.

One thing to add - shampoo / soap by a local producer that would make it a little more special.

a lovely hotel with its own garden and swimming pool i had a comfortable room in a separate building it was quiet comfortable and clean a small balcony and pine trees were a nice addition i really liked the breakfast and service

you need to think about lunches and dinners in advance, because there is almost nothing within walking distance And it could be better to have a kettle in the room

Very quiet and placed in an excellent location. It is just beautiful and the staff is beyond friendly.

I would review the pool towels policy and would add a fridge in the rooms!
