The beds were so nice to sleep on. And the breakfast was ok. The swimming pool was well maintained and clean. The staff was helpful.

On the first day, we stayed in room 52, which had three beds and two rooms. The air conditioning didn't reach the second room where our children were sleeping. We were given a fan that night but still requested a different room because the description on Booking.com and the room we were given were incorrect. The room described was the old section, and we had the renovated one. In the slightly older room, we weren't bothered by the heat and it was wonderfully cool at night. On the second night, the power went out, which wasn't great for someone with a sleep apnea machine. However, according to the general manager, this happens quite often.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Plenty of pillows. Bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced in this type of b&b type of motel. Great range of breads, pancakes, eggs, mushrooms, potatoes and bacon, ham, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, juices etc. (all included in the room rate) You couldn’t ask for more.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment which meant the swimming pool was out of action. Didn’t affect us but if you are choosing this hotel for the pool, best to check beforehand if it is open.

The staff was delightful and helped me kindly with all my questions, my room was not big but absolutely perfect - clean, modern, comfy bed, good shower. I had a little terrasse in front of my room from where I could walk straight to the pool and felt right at home. I enjoyed the pool and could have stayed much longer! Great value for money.

There wasn't much shade at the pool, but it's fresh so it was totally fine, and in an ideal world it would have been nice to be able to order snacks at the pool.

*** THE FOOD *** Our evening meals were generally very tasty. It was clear the chef prepared the food with good quality ingredients, each of the 3 courses was presented beautifully. *** THE ROOM *** Our room was a Deluxe Queen Room – in one of the separate single storey annexes. The bed was a huge 2 metre square and very comfortable. The room style was “modern business” – with fitted desk and dressing table. The bathroom was a good size, with bath and shower over - good pressure and lots of hot water; large wash-basin and WC. TV had a selection of French channels. There was adequate hanging and storage space. A large keycode safe was provided (free of charge). Air-con was quiet and very effective. The room was serviced well daily. *** THE STAFF *** We found all the staff (front desk, restaurant) to be very friendly and helpful, and interested in chatting with us. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel. *** THE LOCATION *** Very convenient for Avignon, and the the wider Provence area.

Not enough variety in the dinner menu. The external areas are in need of some updating, and generally will benefit from regular care and attention.

It's quiet, even though it's close to the airport. I also like the layout of bedrooms bring on the ground floor, each with its own little private sitting are at the rear of the bedrooms. parking is not a problem.

I've stayed in this hotel before, but unfortunately I was initially given a large bedroom, where the outside private sitting area, was adjacent to an entrance corridor, obviously intended for smokers, having bins to extinguish cigarettes. Being nonsmoker with health issues, my complaint was quickly addressed and I was given another room, to my liking.

We were just passing through Avignon. The place was great, and the breakfast included was great! We thought that it might be noisy next to airport, but there was no noise. And the receptionist was nice to print out some papers for me. (Thanks!)

Nothing. This is part of the chain, and so, it had all that we would have expected at any one of the others and met US standards. Remember, this is by the airport, and if you are planning a few days at Avignon, I would recommend looking at properties closer, or with a convenient bus to go to Avignon.

The hotel was near the airfield, well off from Avignon. We arrived during a storm which was described as 'Vents violents'. And they were, Chairs were blown off the deck, branches ripped from the trees, but inside the lobby was a roaring wood fire, a cosy bar and restaurant. We had booked a large well appointed room with excellent wifi and a 'smokers terrace.'.We had an excellent evening meal and this was complemented by an 8 euro breakfast. Having stayed at really expensive places that offered far less I was more than satisfied. This place deserves a fabulous review.

Nothing, everything was perfect, bearing in mind the cost.

Simply what one would expect of a Hotel that is part of a bigger chain. Good quality and not too expensive.

Unfortunately, there was no dinner on Sunday, when it would have been quite convenient for us. It would have been good to know on arrival, that there was not dinner on every day. We asked in the morning and planned accordingly, nonetheless I would have considered this piece of information important, as in, your are being told without having to ask. If there is an option for dinner on the first day I arrive, I might simply not consider the fact, that this is not the case every day. However, the hotel is close to severyl restaurant on the outskirts of Avignon, and you wouldn't choose this place anyway if you weren't going by car.

We felt at home. The staff was very nice to us and the kids, who did not want to leave at all. The restaurant at the hotel is very convenient and the food is good. Big pool in a garden. There was no noise from the airport. If ever we will travel to Avignon again, we will come back. Thank you for the nice experience!

Room was great enough for 1 night. Very excited when you leave the room using your terrace, you immediately entered the pool area. Great stay! The hotel did not excepted some young children, but they created a menu for my kids which they very liked!
