We were welcomed by very nice, proficient staff at the reception desk and were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The hotel had an exceptional restaurant where we had dinner, and we noticed that it was popular with locals as well as the hotel guests. They served the best hamburgers we've had in a very long time, cooked to order and served with crispy chips (fries). The Caesar salad was tasty, too. They had a good menu with continental dishes provided, so we'd recommend just staying in for the night! The breakfast the next morning was in a different area, and it was fine, but not exceptional. We'd stay again, and would recommend the hotel - and especially the restaurant's hamburgers!

We stayed four nights. Staff were all excellent, reception (especially Loanne), breakfast room and restaurant. We got 4 great night's sleep. I'm a light sleeper - didn't hear a sound and the hotel was busy at the weekend. Big spotlessly clean room. Fridge and two desks. TV even had Foot Direct, showing English Premiership matches live as well as highlights. Plenty of free parking on site. Terrific wifi. We ate in the restaurant 3 of the 4 nights. the food and the service was very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. Great mini-croissants!

We had a good sized room which worked for us (and at that point, all needed very good air conditioning as it was so hot outside), the restaurant is always good and I like the design, doesn't feel like you are in an IBIS. Very close to the exhibition park for the fairs so ideal.

Sometimes, some of the restaurant staff seem a bit unsure of what they are up to - have noticed this before but they are young and willing so I'm sure it's just a bit of extra training that is needed

The hotel location is good if you have a car and prefer to travel across Provence. The room is very big and spacious, beds are very comfortable (as always in Ibis). Breakfast is standard but quite good. Very nice and helpful personnel. Big free parking around.

Everything is fine, actually. But maybe equipment in the bathroom isn't very comfortable (the soap hang too high for small peope, and no brush in the toilet room)

The hotel has an excellent location quite convenient for sightseeing and shopping, spacious rooms equipped very well with fast WiFi access to Internet, large parking space, and most importantly frontal staff exceedingly kind, warmhearted and helpful. I will surely choose it again if I visit here once more and recommend to all my friends who may visit the city in the future.

After days of travelling in Provence, within this budget so far we found only crap hotels, probably with fake reviews. So we were so relieved when we stepped in the hotel, new, clean, nice, staff very friendly and nice. A relaxing oasis just a step outside Avignon city centre, which by the way it's easy to reach by tram, bus or by car.

The hotel is very well organized and well maintained. The location is decentralized but in 10 minutes by car you can comfortably reach the center. Very fast check in/out. Front desk very friendly and helpful. On arrival, during check in we forgot a bag in the lobby.The front desk staff immediately picked it up and secured it. Breakfast excellent in variety and quality. The staff running the breakfast room is super efficient.

Everything was very nice. The location is good near the town center. The car parking is really comfortable, just outside the hotel. The room was comfort and clean. The breakfast was really nice, with fresh products and good choices. I recommend this hotel and i will prefer stay here again in the future.

This hotel was fantastic overall! The breakfast was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfy (and huge!), and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Plus, having secure parking in a closed lot was a major plus.

The only downside was the condition of the bath towels. They were definitely past their prime and in need of replacement. Would definitely recommend this hotel, but just pack an extra towel to be safe.

We appreciated the kind attitude towards our small dog (had zero issues and water was always offered to the dog too). The staff are very kind and welcoming. It was great to have a cozy restaurant right in the hotel, as after a long drive we didn’t want to go out too far. We ordered a salad and a burger, which were good enough for the level and price (especially the burger was good, came on a delicious bun). The bed was comfortable and it was not noisy despite being close to the road. The room has quite a lot of space, so it didn’t feel like a cell :) Great design in the lobby. Also, a massive plus is the opportunity to get breakfast to go - my mom didn’t want to eat early, so I grabbed breakfast on her behalf and brought it to the room for her to enjoy later. Another big thank you for the selection of teas from «Palais des Thés». Outside has a nice patio and swimming pool - even though we didn’t use it due to short timing, we enjoyed the loveliness of the view.
